<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size: larger;"> <div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">This is a posting on some RI Asian Massage Parlors (AMPs) that I have been to or heard of.&nbsp;RI <b>had</b> a loophole in their laws that went back to the 1980s that basically said that prostitution was legal as long as it was done indoors.&nbsp;They <i>closed this loophole</i> in late 2009 though, and now the penalty is a <u><i>misdemeanor crime</i></u> punishable, for first-time offenders, by up to 6 months in prison or a fine of up to $1,000, or both.&nbsp; However, the law empowers judges to erase the criminal convictions of first-time offenders but <b>not</b>…
