You can use a prepaid Visa/Mastercard from any supermarket or drug store. We also accept Bitcoin or Ethereum for 6-month and 12-month memberships.

How will my credit card be billed?

Your card will be billed discreetly as Expressware.

Do you sell or share email addresses?

No.

How do I cancel my membership?

Go to your dashboard. If you don’t see a cancel button, you likely have a non-recurring plan. You can always Contact Us for help.

I’m a member but can’t see all reviews. What’s wrong?

Make sure you’re logged in and have cookies + JavaScript enabled in your browser.

What is a cookie?

When will my review be published?

Reviews are approved by our VIP community. Check status on your review dashboard. Most are processed within 48 hours.

  • • For 6-month or yearly plans: If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase, we’ll issue a prorated refund minus one month’s fee ($9.99).
  • • After 48 hours, no refunds are available — but you keep full access until the end of your paid term.
