I'm almost tempted to say the HC has returned to the glory days -- only the fact that there was a special event (Jesse Jane, who was great, by the way) qualifies the review. The place was crowded, service was pretty good (once the first drink was delivered -- that took some time), people were friendly and the number of good looking girls was impressive.

Lap dances are good bargains, and dancers offer them without too much pressure. Lots of 2-1 deals, both with dances and drinks (until 10).

A few things were a little annoying (cover is expensive, as is alcohol, and don't use their ATM). The only negative, really, are room prices, which have started going up again to higher than the rest of the Baltimore market. But outside of that, last Saturday was almost like it was 3-4 years ago.
