I would suggest the Rhino in Vegas. It's the hot club in Vegas with the most seasoned dancers who know how to entertain anyone, including couples. My GF works there, and took me there for my birthday. Of course we got special treatment but I was amazed at how great the ladies were.
You can probably get whatever mileage you want, but be prepared to pay for it.

She has a bad boob job and plastic surgery on her face, which isn't pretty to begin with. Otherwise nice body, but I don't see what the big deal is, as if women over 40 can't look great as many do. Seriously. I'm about the same age, and I know a bunch of women 45+ with GREAT bodies and natural beauty. Note how many celebs over 40 are still rocking the tabloid press with bikini photos.
"Civilian" women are often way better looking than the hags on Real Housewives, who are chosen BECAUSE they're so outrageously fake. One woman on that show who was supposedly "29" looked like 40+ to me, because of the plastic surgery and dressing too old for her age.

I just tip normally, like any other bar. It rubs me the wrong way when people have their hand out without having provided any kind of service. When that happens I often leave and don't come back.
Keep in mind I'm not trying to get laid in SCs so I'm not paying anyone to look the other way. YMMV, as they say.

I've spent a lot of time there on business. There's golf, but that industry is way down with the economy. The beach is the biggest draw, for families but also blue collar vacationers who either can't afford or eschew fancier places. It's definitely a redneck riviera. There used to be an AFB there. That itself means SCs! The tradition continues. Then there's the bikers. And more bikers. And tattoo parlours. And big nightclubs with drunken "Jersey Shore" types. And bars open all night. And drugs. And strippers.

I use my real name. Fake names are too much trouble.
A few dancers use their real names too, probably for the same reason. My GF uses her real name at one club, but a fake name for catering/bartending/hostessing jobs, where she's actually more likely to get stalkers.
