    Dumped by ATF?
    Dumped by ATF?
Don't lose your mind wondering what's going on with her. Other paid clients are occupying her time right now and she needs time to mentally rest and recover in between those other sessions. The paid gigs will always take priority to the free phone sex. Secondly, you should check your mind and heart as it relates to this ATF to make sure you're not falling in love with her. I've had my share of women who I was just getting to know yet in my own mind, she was my GF and I'd just lose it if I felt too much time elapsed between the time I called her and when she called me back. And I had to remind myself, "She's NOT my GF".

Trashing a strip club in a review vs everywhere else
I think that negative reviews are very important and should be posted as long as they are objective and constructive to some degree. It's one thing to completely desecrate someone's reputation because you didn't like their prices or their policy. I think that's completely wrong. But if there is something about that mom and pop operation that makes you not want to go there, then that's something they would hopefully want to hear. Chef Gordon Ramsay has a couple of reality shows where he's turning around bad restaurants. The show usually starts with the owners complaining that business is very slow or they're not making any money and they're on the verge of having to shut it down. And so when he goes in as a secret shopper, he realizes that the food is terrible, and there's long wait times. And of course when he gets into the kitchen to see what's really going on he just goes nuts screaming at everyone. But all that to say that if the product or service is terrible, you're not really doing that small business a favor by not saying bad things about them.

I don't know if this counts as being outside but when I was a teenager in the 80's, we lived in a new housing development where new home construction went on for several years. So my friends and I were always playing on the sites pretending that the houses which were under construction was some sort of fort or battle station. After a while, the girls wanted to know where all the boys were going off to so they found their way down to the construction site also. So me and one of the neighborhood girls did it in a house that was just a skeleton and a roof. We were "inside but the house was barely complete.

As someone else said, OTC is going to ramp up before the clubs go back to normal. I see OTC as being the new "normal" where you both have to put on masks and take a shower before getting down to business.

Strippers in the Time of Coronavirus
This has been one of my concerns. I had planned on flying out of town this weekend on a self-indulgent leisure trip. I was going to one of those race track events where you drive their exotic cars under the supervision of a professional driver, do some sightseeing, and then finish it off with my ATF with some OTC. But then I got to thinking that because she's with other guys who go to other clubs, who get with other dancers in that club, who get with other guys... that's a lot of risk to consider and I think that I can wait until all this blows over.

Don't get me wrong. When it was all said and done, I'm glad that I went to see this for myself and I have no regrets. I was trying to be as objective as I could while not sounding like I was complaining because I really wasn't.

I learned something new. I didn't know that this had a name. Many years ago a stripper friend of mine used to offer this sex act to get rid of guys that wouldn't stop hitting on her. I guess some guys have become so much of a PL that they'll actually do it now.

I kinda like that "one price" deal. I don't mind dropping a couple of hundred or so to know that I can enjoy myself without having to verify the song count every 90 seconds. Like when I sleep in an extra 30 minutes I keep waking up every 3-5 minutes to avoid oversleeping. But if someone is there to make a wakeup call, I can rest more peacefully. And that's what I like about timed VIP. Someone is there to say, "Time's up!" before I rack up $1000 in charges.

Is Follies still the place to go in Atlanta?
At some of the clubs, I've been able to sit in the VIP booths during the week and even get a few semi-private sessions for the cost of a table dance. So I think Papi is right. If nobody is using it, there's no harm in sitting there. Maybe it might be a good selling point for the more packed nights after you've become used to sitting there for free. Now that has become "your" seat, you might be more likely to pay for it.

    In the ATL this week
Thanks for your help Papi and Electonman. This is quite interesting. I would have never believed that a SC would be packed in the middle of the afternoon. I suppose it's a niche market for guys who work a pre-6AM shift and have to be in bed by 8PM. But then again, one thing that I'm discovering about this city is that traditional business hours and peak times of customer activity can vary in just about any business. The last time I was here I was at a friend's bachelor party. When it was over around 1AM one of his friends asked me to drop him off at the shop where his car was being repaired. At this time I'm thinking that he probably paid for the repairs earlier and his car was sitting the street outside of the shop lot. Nope. We get there around 1:30AM and all 5 service bays are occupied with vehicles and mechanics walking around like it's the middle of the afternoon. So it shouldn't surprise me that a SC has a packed day shift. I was hoping to go during the day to avoid the crowds but I'm going to check it out anyway.

    Web camming
I think that the way it works is that the initial meeting is made via the cam site and then once you develop a rapport with model, she'll share her offsite email address and 3rd party payment info. One of my ATF cam girls was telling me the other day that her entire body was sore from the previous night because after her shift was over on the cam site, she did 4 Skype private sessions, and then she did two others via snapchat.

I put your ATF on a winning team
Ever have a stripper lock you down?
Yep. The one that likes to lock me down is someone who likes talking about money and business. The first night I went to that club I was still in my work clothes so it might have appeared that I didn't have any money. The dancers were walking past me left and right and hanging out at the bar. Then this one young lady who wasn't that attractive came out and sat with me for almost 30 minutes. The whole time she was nice, polite, friendly, but she kept closing for the sale. I was more impressed with her business acumen than her looks so I bought a few VIP rounds. That was almost 3 years ago. To this day, every time I enter the club she's always the first one to approach me and she will not leave me until I tell her to get up. I even went there on an "off" night just to get something to eat and she ran out to the floor saying, "Please wait for me. I just got here and I'm about to get dressed."

money was invented for handing to women, but buying dances is a chump's game
How Do Strip Clubs Handle the Money, Get It To The Bank?
I've wondered the same thing. When I worked in retail, we had a code word that we would use over the intercom system to announce their arrival to the manager. But as the OP stated, I also have never seen an armored car at any of the SC joints in my area as I pass by many of them throughout the day. My guess is that they don't have as much cash as it would seem. Everyone from the waitress to the DJ gets paid nightly in cash so most of what they take in goes to the daily payroll. Compared to retail stores where all of the money ends up in one place at the end of the night, the only thing going into a SC bank account is the profits. Let's say they clear $20K a month, that's only $600-$700 a day that's going into the bank. It's a nice payday for a sole robber but probably not enough to where it's worth calling in Loomis.

    Heading to Atlanta
Thanks for the advice shadowcat. That's what I really needed to know. Being that the ATL is an "air dance" state, then at least I know where the line is when I'm ready to cross it. Gammanu I like your advice also being that every now and again I want someone to tell me "go here" and I don't have to spend the first half of the week shopping the clubs. And you're right JohnSmith. I may be too timid. I actually got a fake ID so that if the place ever gets raided and the cops request the ID log, I won't be on it.

Having worked in the mortgage industry we often ask a lot of personal questions beyond the income and credit rating for a number of reasons that may seem superfluous to the client. But it's a clever way of fact-checking the application. Many times erroneous information will show up on a client's credit report because they happened to have the same name as someone else who files bankruptcy every 7 years and never pays their bills. So as it relates to the job interview, if they run a criminal background check and someone with your same name has a checkered past, they can quickly determine that it's not you because they know your DOB and other things about you that don't match a profile that they found with your name attached to it.

    Negotiating in the VIP (Detroit)
I'm sure this makes me petty but I always take the high road in situations like this. If we agree to one price but then she demands more money for whatever reason, I'll give her the money. I make it clear that I'll give her what she wants but she's not going to get another thing from me. And then I'll get a dance from her friend. I'll spend as much money as I can with her. VIP's, drinks, tips. etc. Whatever it takes to make the unappreciative dancer know that I came to spend some money and she just blew the opportunity to make her rent for the month.

Do Cops Play Favorites with Pretty Women?
I think that the bigger situation here was that these cops were off duty and working privately for the road construction contractor. I approached an officer who was doing store security. Someone blocked my car in the parking lot. When I asked him for help he said, "Call the police." and I'm thinking, "But aren't YOU the police?" And I don't think that these guys take action unless there is immediate danger or a threat to someone's life or safety.

How common is it for PLs not to pay dancers?
I've come to learn that there are some dancers that can be trusted to be fair with the dance count while others you really gotta watch. In the latter example, this is the same as any other hustle where the seller gently "forces" the product on someone and then demands payment. Like the other day I was at someone's event where food and beverages were being served. Actually, the stuff was being SOLD to the guests. So when I got there, the host said, "Hey Jack! Can I get you a soda and sandwich?" and I said, "Sure, THANKS!" 20 minutes after scarfing down the tuna and drinking a can of Mountain Dew, the host came back with a piece of paper that looked similar to the check that a waiter brings you in a restaurant. She handed it to me and said, "That'll be $6 for the sandwich and $1 for the soda." I didn't mind because $7 wasn't going to break me. But I hated the fact that she took advantage of my trust and hustled me knowing that if she offered to sell me a sandwich, I probably would have said, "NO." I'm sure that she had her fair share of people who looked at her bill, said WTF, and didn't pay her and she was probably OK with that. But because I respected her more than she respected me, I gave her the money. And this is a very common selling tactic that strippers use. They'll take a chance of trying to give you more dances than you said you could afford with hopes that you'll pull the difference out of the ATM. And some of them are even smart enough to keep you from sneaking out. I once told the stripper that I need to go to the ATM. She demanded that she go with me and that I had to lead the way so that I don't get "lost" trailing behind her.

    The Cloakroom--a DC Club re-opens
I work in construction and I happened to be working in the building 2 doors down the day it happened. It was CRAZY. Some of the dancers ran outside before they could put their clothes back on. After the second collapse you had a clear view of the adjoining wall on all three levels where floors once existed. The flat screen TV's and posters were still on the wall.

Has this happened to any of you?
I've had that happen to me but not in the strip club environment. I do video production work with a guy who is much older than me. I do most of the work, and he puts up most of the money. Occasionally we'll go shopping at yard sales looking for furniture and props for upcoming projects but we don't really explain any of that to the seller as we debate over whether we should buy something. It's obvious that we couldn't be mistaken for father and son but the last time someone asked how we know each other I said, "We're partners" and then I realized what that sounded like. LOL! Yeah we are BUSINESS partners but I didn't clarify that.

ID scanning vs. Facebook comparison reboot
When I give my information to someone that I can look in the eye, if it's ever used maliciously, I know/remember who gave it away. They know this also. So in order to not lose their customers or credibility, they can't let anything happen to the data. On the other hand, if I am giving my information to someone that I can't see, and I don't know where it goes, who sees it, how many people see it, or how and when it gets spread all over the internet.. and they can do it without any consequences, I am not as trusting.
