The Lt. Governor in Illinois prefers same-sex relationships. This Bullshit Tax is a precursor to a same-sex marriage bill being drafted to be presented to the Illinois Legislature. It was said that the lawyers (lobbyists) representing the Illinois strip clubs met with the legislative aides and struck this deal.
The crowds at most of the clubs in my area have dwindled to the point of insignificance A $3 cover charge for 27 guys on the day shift is still miniscule monies. It will not balance the budget or provide housing and shelter for battered women.

The discussion amongst the TUSCL Bretheren shows more concern with the "special pricing" afforded LE in INDY, than with the fact that Club Management provided VIP Room Surveillance Footage to the Investigators. That would make me wanna find another club in Indy in a hurry.

@Fetish_Dancer: Welcum back to Discussion Board. Always appreciated your perspective(s) from the "other side." As am inner-city raised and reared, mature Black man, I, too, have fought the notion of being boxed into someone else's notion of how I should dress, speak,and conduct myself for acceptance of the Black Urban masses.
I enjoyed CREAM, Grand Funk Railroad, ELP, Doors, etc in the 70's and I was also a musician (check that: a drummer.) It's the Dancer who can interpret the music and make me focus on her that will get my $$, timer and undivided attention.
I recall listening and watching a dancer in a Houston SC gyrate to Nine Inch Nails and became transfixed. I HAD to get up off my ASS to watch her up close and reward her with a steam of cash. I still see that in my mind's eye.
BOTTOM LINE: I agree with SUPER DUDE: Just DO You. Fucketh Thou Nubian Thugs

For the life of me; I cannot see any of guys getting rid of Bree Olson. As far as porn stars go; they are very much the same except that disgusting piece of shit; Belladonna. It was Charlie's fantasy. He's paid for L.A. and NYC escorts. At least he has seen some of Bree's work on DVD or internet. Sure ANNA NIMITY is probably safer in EuroAsia; but do you know what you are going to get ?

Got me at the infamous Industrial Strip in Hammond, IN. dancer opted to forego the handtowel on my lap and I stopped her after the 2nd song of the three-for-$55 lapper package. I smelled her sex in the air and paid the piper. As I walked back to my seat; the smell continued. I now realized that my dress pants had been marinating in her juices and I was on my way home. "Danger, Will Robinson !"
I stopped at the local BP station and bought gas, cigarettes and the Christmas Tree air freshener. I rubbed some excess gas on my hands & pants, started blowing smoke in my car, and hung the tree o the mirror. Woulda thought about Febreeze, if I had been schooled in Home Ec. I just wanted to pass a quick inspection by the Missus and the pants were on their way to the Dry Cleaners bag.
I have been queried about perfume and glitter in the past. Not at all prepared to discuss the tell-tale trail of snail tracks and its accompanying aroma. Scared me shitless. Although, that may have covered the smell a bit as well.

Mike was strongly disliked by his dancers at the Skybox and Heavenly Bodies. Had some of the highest "House Fees" in the Chicagoland area. That's the source of the hoarded cash for upwards of 40+ dancers paying over $100 to work per shift.
From a customer's perspective; low cover, cheap beer and free food. What's not to like? He was a cool dude with a good way to make some money.

If Lingerie Bars will do, I would certainly recommend All Stars in the Lyons/McCook area. Enough flat screens, pool table, $5 & $10 lappers. Beers are cold $4 domestic and $5 imports. Watch some football, grab some ass, get about your business.

It depends on location, club and specific dancers. I know for certain that stereotypes exist in one's mind because situations occurred more than once. Some Black dancers will avoid Black customers, figuring that the Brutha is there to explore. In the same vein, you never know in a anew club why you are being "blocked," dissed or targeted.
"Wiggers" will flock towards a Brutha and assume that they shoud adopt ghetto-speak language and it will backfire on some and work with others. However, the best advice was shared above: repeated statements of "I'm waiting on someone." has always been an effective measure in slowing the roll of the unwanted.

Your passion for Platinum Plus, your loyalty to your ATF and other friends at your favorite club, is something we all measure ourselves by. ARNIE'S in the south suburban Chicago town of Markham. This club has all the stage ASS-tributes of the clubs in the ATL with the 100% certainty that your needs will be met if you have the $$ in hand. There is little pretense in the prelude to the FUGUE. Check the reviews and bring your wallet.

Chicago Heights is home to Jimmy's and Club 390. Two of my favorite local area strip clubs. Club Atlantis in nearby, Ford Heights, is a Vegas-styled high-end show club located in arguably one of the poorest and dangerous communities in the State of Illinois. One can imagine what it must be like to have so many out-of-town horn-dogs looking for drugs, poon and trouble ITC and OTC.
There are none of us who want to have streetwalkers in our community. Crime increases and your loved-ones are placed at risk. If there are no buyers, the sellers will have to move this trade to some other venue.

Miss Kitty's (now closed) in Ashkum, IL between Kankakee and Champaign. Beer served in unclean cans, dancers cussing out the DJ/bartender from the dance floor. There were huge and scarily thin girls who would be proud to have been labled "trailer trash." Once was enough.

Damn, I like what Fetish_Dancer has done/is doing to the cerebral minority on this board! For a day or so, I thought I had bee channeling my thoughts through RickDugan; as he had expressed similar sentiments of mine in a couple of threads. (I loved it when he addressed F_D as "kid.")
I started my SC experience in the 80's when parts of Chicago's nightlife scene was still controlled by "The Outfit." You knew that you could go in a SC in unincorporated Cook County, pay a cover, see nude dancers on stage and then request her to sit with you while you bought her over-priced "Champagne Cocktails," or she, the waitress and manager staged a well-rehearsed routine to upgrade your experience to more private and comfortable confines for 100's of dollars. Think of the Can-Can in Vegas. You could readily place this on your Visa and MasterCard and would not tell anyone that you had been ripped off for fear of looking foolish or being physically abused by bouncers/enforcers.
Invariably during the 80's, you saw older (certainly not wiser) former showgirl-types, aged hippies, and Biker-chicks dancing in these dens of inequity. If some young hottie3 was visible/available, she was oft-used for the "bonus." This was the addition of a second girl to co0mplete your fantasy experience. We will add her to your charge card for another hundred dollars and adjust the gratuity. (Hey, you are currently drunk, possibly drugged, and will say yes to anything that will help reduce3 the tension and pressure of a boner that has been carefully caressed during the negotiations and credit checks.
After you learn(ed)that there was NO pot-o-gold at the end of the rainbow, you either stopped going altogether; chalked this up to a learning experience, or became the wise frat boy who became the SC Guru for the new initiates. As the Feds cleared out the mob-run establishments, we began to see the rise of nubiles and newbies beginning to show up in something they called Gentlemen's Clubs. This led to the proliferation of bikini clubs and topless joints, air dances, and incessant DJ's.
I offer the aforementioned as declaration that older patrons may be visually caught by firm & taut flesh; however, we will return for the chance to have a GFE with an older & wiser dancer/stripper, who REMEMBERS not just our names, preferences, etc.; but also our life experiences, music, etc. She actually has read books, subscribed to newspapers, had non-SC work experiences, discusses investment options, has a mortgage; DOES NOT have a couch potato, drug-addled wanna-be-pimp to support, may have family drama with an ex, "kid shit to deal with," and recognize that we need to be comforted either by conversation, massage, lap dance or whatever two consenting adults deem appropriate and befitting as time and finances allow.

The Motor City provides some of the best times you can have in the widest variety of clubs in a relatively short distance from one another. By all means, stay close to the airport and you are just minutes away from Playhouse and Landing Strip in Romolus. Bogarts and Flight Club are cool to check out. I'm not sure that I would send travelling businessmen to 8 Mile Road clubs, if they lack "street skills."

I visit 2-3 clubs in a day when I am in certain areas. This may be the fact that that I am in Indianapolis on a business trip/pleasure excursion and want to see how "my old haunts" may have changed since my last visits. You can hit 4 to 5 Lingerie bars in the O'Hare Airport/Mannheim Road corridor in a matter of a few hours. The only variables are the girls dancing those shifts. Contrast that with the Twin Cities whereby you can do a pub crawl with same dancers as she completes her shifts at different clubs. I guess I should post some updates on some Chicago suburban clubs I have recently visited.

New Club (THE FACTORY)opening in Chicago April 24

I agree with Shadowcat and Jersey Jack. We may be resistant to change, but the information we seek is still there. Some guys are on this Board everyday and want familiar creature comforts. Some others - not so much.
Thanks for being responsive and trying new ideas. You are right about the flash and glitz of that other Board. Can be distracting in more ways than one. If Lopaw is happy with the dancing girls, then all seems to be right with the world.

Check out Heavenly Bodies; "sister club" - SKYBOX in Harvey which is a few minutes away from Club O. You can see dancers nude on-stage, get a full contact lapper from Black, Latino and a few Biker-type white dancers which may remind you of New Jersey gals with their grit. This area is right off the Interstate and patrolled heavily by local LE and private security. You and your car will be safe.
The clubs in the Chicago proper are designed to extract $$$ from traveling businessmen and college boy novices.
