[view link] South African Olympic runner Oscar Pistorius' girlfriend found fatally shot in his home - charged with murder. Sounds to me like he is guilty. I don't think he has a leg to stand on.

    A statement read by his lawyer in court points out why GUNS in a home are HIGHLY, HIGHLY dangerous & should not be there. And dangerous others living in the home. Mistaking the girl for an intruder.
