Being a regular is normally a reference to an established and welcome patron. Simply showing up at a club frequently does not guarantee you will be thought by the staff as a regular. If you don't spend, they'll call you a lurker or worse- but they won't call you a regular.
It's kind of like frequenting a casino. If you gamble enough the pit bosses will recognize you and treat you accordingly. But if you just hang around the penny slots and drop only the occasional coin, free drinks are hard to come by, comped meals/rooms ain't gonna happen and no casino host will take your calls no matter how many times you visit.
Showing up at a SC every 2 weeks doesn't necessarily classify you as a "regular" in the eyes of the staff. If you have to wonder whether you're thought of as a regular, you're probably not. Just a thought...

Was staying in a hotel with colleagues for a business meeting in a city I spend a lot of time in. I wasn't feeling too well following a dinner we all attended so I went to bed early. Several of the guys though headed off to a particular strip club that I was more than familiar with...
I woke up at like 5am and decided to check out early and head back home. My room was on the top floor. I pressed the lobby button on the elevator and headed down. The elevator though stopped on the floor my colleagues were staying on- the doors opened and in walks a very familiar face. As some may recall, I am a long time- part time Key West resident. With all due respect to our beloved wondergrl5...
Avoid the SCRUB CLUB at all costs. It's a tourist trap aimed at out of towners used to the jack shacks found in places like Tampa, Miami, Atlanta, etc. But it does not deliver. As a semi-local, I can tell you that it is 100% in business to lure the tourists that don't know better. Now you know better.
There are a couple of strip clubs down there where you can have a good time. Unlike say Tampa, the nude clubs can have full liquor bars. Teasers, right on Duval, is worth a visit. Inside you'll find 12-25 dancers(depending on the night of the week). I have found them to be low pressure, mostly attractive and a lot of fun. No extras in the club but good contact dances. On my last visit there were several girls who hail from Argentina and all I can say about that is WOW....I won't re-review all the clubs but check the review section and you'll get an idea of what to expect at the various spots. All are within walking distance of each other.
One word of caution, there are gay clubs along Duval starting around the 800 block. Sometimes there are some scantily clad "ladies" hanging around out front and if you have imbibed a bit too much you might find yourself stuffing $$ into g-strings that house more than you bargained for...lol
It's not as wild and crazy as it was 12-15 years ago- the "extras" so many here are fond of are generally not to be had in these clubs. But if good contact all nude dances work for you, you'll have a good time.
Many of the dancers are transients. Girls come in from all over(a lot from miami) to spend a few weeks or a month working in the clubs and playing in the Keys. So the atmosphere is a bit different than I typically find in other places. Most of the patrons are on vacation, relaxed and there to have a good time. As a result, you may see more women and or couples than you tend to find elsewhere. Yes, I have "heard"(lol) that OTC activity does occur. I could write a chapter on OTC activity down here but that is for another day.

Fondl is right about getting her what she likes and you get what you like. Having said that---
Goldschlager is a cinnamon schnapps. Schnapps comes in so many different flavors from Peach to Apple to Peppermint and everything in between that there is bound to be some flavor you both might enjoy. It's pretty obvious why she didn't enjoy the Remy, Crown, bacardi, or tequila offerings you brought to the table. While Goldschlager actually has a slightly higher alcohol content than most of the liquors you enjoy, the cinnamon flavor masks the higher proof a bit. The burn is still there but the taste is more familiar to the unitiated- cinnamon. Remy, Bacardi, Crown, etc consumed straight is more of an acquired taste. Clearly your young stripper, like many younger women, is drawn to strong drink in the form of flavors that are familiar and tend to have a sweeter component.
Others have made some good suggestions. The buzz you are looking for can be achieved with all of the them. One glass of wine(5oz pour), one 12oz beer or one 1.5oz 80 proof liquor all have roughly the same amount of alcohol content. So if you can get her to drink a sweeter wine she might actually like, 2-3 glasses consumed over the course of an hour will achieve the same result as 2-3 shots of 80 proof liquor consumed over the same time period. The wine option makes sense because she probably won't chug it like the Goldsclager in one gulp but consume the glass over the course of several minutes. If she has the Goldschlager as a shooter and chugs down 2 or 3 shots back to back...then she'll be wasted rather quickly, at odds with your objective.
Wine options-- most any German white is sweet and German wines tend to be very modestly priced. Any Spatlese will do. Years ago, I introduced many a college coed to the world of wine by starting them off with German whites. There are some good California Reislings that would fit the bill as well.
Liquor-- Having read of her dislike of some of the fine spirits you mentioned, probably best to stick to those that have some semblance of familiarity...As I mentioned before, there are many other Shnapps to be had other than Goldschlager. Lot's of flavors, some softer than others... A few other liquor suggestions? Try "Liquor 43"- it's a soft, smooth vanilla/citrus flavored liquer that is great straight or on the rocks- this is one of those drinks that most younger types love- goes down easy at 32 proof but still will get you where you want to go... Tuaca, another 35 proof liquer good straight or on the rocks-- has citrus and vanilla overtones. Not as smooth as Liqour 43 but a distinct and interesting taste...Then there is always tried and true "Grand Marnier" at a full 40 proof. There is a burn here for some but this premium orange liquer is a favorite of many.
If you are still reading this then you need a drink. I have written myself to the point of popping the cork on a bottle of Seghesio "Venom" and my first glass of many is waiting...

I do not wish to contradict my brethren, so I will simply say that 7 Seas would not be on my list of attractions to visit while visiting Tampa.
You don't have any reviews that I could see so it's kind of hard to judge what types of places you are used to and/or enjoy. Also, you don't say what time constraints you are under, length of visit, etc so I am reluctant to offer up clubs that tend to be "hit or miss" as you may very well be in attendance on one of the "miss" nights, thus wasting an evening. So, given the above, I'm with you on Mons. Ybor Strip would be your best bet for the "full interactive amenities" with a dancer that is pleasing to the eye(it's not a sure bet however so you will want to do some homework on this site and make sure you are not there on a slow weeknight). I've had some good times at Bare Assets over in Holiday if you are up for the drive. They have a full bar to go along with the nakedness we afficienados are so fond of. Haven't been there in a while but I've had more than a few good times there in the not too distant past.

Phoenix Blaque has a website. If memory serves me she used to post here with some regularity. It's been a while since I've seen any of her self promotions encouraging folks to come see her dance at a certain club in Clearwater so I can't say if she is still on the pole. She has accomplished so much more than mere dancer fame. 1)Maybe, if they are smart enough not to get caught. Good money, low to no taxes. You could make an argument that if they are really good at drug dealing they'd have to have a modicum of business acumen and more than a subpar IQ to keep ahead of the man...just a thought.
2) Some "dumb" strippers are simply sly like a fox...and while foxes may not be the smartest animal on the food chain at least they don't shell out $25 to have a woman dance on their lap for three minutes.
3) There's book smarts and then there's street smarts. Lot's of dancers with none of the former take lot's of guys with none of the latter to the cleaners on a far too frequent basis. In the strip club world, street smarts trumps book smarts pretty much every time...

BookGuy-- I'm not sure you fully grasp the significance of the "Smiling, Nodding, Feigning Interest Principle", hereafter referred to as "The Principle"...
The Principle is actually a mechanism to enhance connection in the long term. It is NOT a device which is or should be employed 24/7 with those you love or with strippers with whom you intend to share an interlude. Example-- with the wife, The Principle would be employed in all conversations she begins with the phrase, "My mother called today and she thinks...." or conversations involving her gf's and the latest gossip, you know like- "My friend Sally said that Maggie's sister found a new salad dressing that also works great as a stretch mark cream and...
Putting The Principle into practice in these situations allows the wife to express her inner gossip without me uttering the phrases-"Tell your mother to mind her own fucking business" or "your friend Sally has a really nice set of tits."-- either of which would result in immediate emotional distance, to say the least. While I may be ignoring particular conversations I am, in fact, enhancing the emotional connection. I always feel closer to her when I have been away--lol
With strippers it is more like this. I may have a particular dancer whose company I enjoy. Oddly enough, it isn't her intellect which attracts me.
