Was on annual golf trip to innisbrook and the boys and i headed over to BA after our round on a late thursday afternoon. Been here more than a few times over the years. A bit disappointing as there were not a lot of girls - perhaps a bit too early. Best looking girl that day was the bartender who despite our best effort and offers of $$$ would not do any of us the honor of dances- a respectable barmaid in a stripclub, who knew?? Lol. So we were relegated to the b and c team to chose from. Not particularly inspiring on this day. But we did have a good time and know better times are available, just not on this day.

Went by early evening and saw some old friends. Damn, there are more good looking women per square inch inside this small club than anyplace else i can think of this side of the Mississippi river. Couple of dancers i know came over and i treated my buddies to a few lap dances. One of the guys is from a city far far away and there, lap dances are not part of the program- so he was like a kid in the proverbial candy store. It was hilarious watching this normally rather reserved guy come virtually unglued as these gorgeous naked women introduced him to the lap dance tampa style. We left after about an hour to go have dinner. All these guys could talk about while eating at one of our finer steakhouses in the westshore area was getting back to mons. After way too much wine and drink, we made our way back. But by then the place was so crowded, you couldn't even move. Very disappointing after getting so much attention earlier in the evening. So we ended up leaving and trying our luck elsewhere. More on that in another review.

Had a pocket full of money thanks to a 4 of a kind hand in the poker room at Hard Rock. Gold club was close and they have a bar, both essentials on this night. I forgot about the short pours despite generous tipping and buying numerous rounds all around. Not much talent on the dance floor nor that many dancers- saw around 10 or so. Got a few dances and they were uninspired by tampa standards- vip area was discussed but i decided to cut my losses and go play some more poker- as it turns out, i made a good choice.
