I usually get winded before I nut. I read somewhere that as guys get older, they slow down, while as women get older they speed up, at least in the sex department.
There's a club in Phx that's pretty well known for HJs in their "vip" area. It's basically 3 song sets. I've never been able to get revved up enough to pop in the span of 3 songs. It's usually like 3 or 4 sets before I'm done.

I've gotten plenty of play from white girls, though they tend to either run hot or cold as has been said before.
IME Asians and Mexican/Latinas tend to be more into doing what needs to be done to make me happy though.
With that being said, I think it's a culture thing more than a raise thing. Lots of ladies in other cultures grow up in an environment where the female is subservient, and thus they tend to give higher mileage as a result.

I would try to keep it anonymous, and try to shelter it for as long as possible like AZdd.
After that, since my parents have long since passed, and I'm largely debt free, I'd treat the money as a very large infusion of capital that I would use to substantially boost my existing recurring residual income by expanding my businesses.
From there, I'm sure there would be some really high end escorts and I'd pretty much from that point on be a total baller when i go to the strip club.
You'd be amazed how much management is willing to look the other way when you roll in with enough cash to grease everybody there (don't ask how I know this)

In my experience, the vast majority of sex workers have a pimp in one form or another. No matter how much they say they're independent, there is almost always one or more guys behind the scenes running at least some of their life of not every aspect of it, and she pays him/them in one form or another. This is a cold hard reality.
Some pimps (the smarter ones) are good to the girls and foster a good business relationship and tend to keep things business, and some pimps are despicable human beings that are worse than slave owners.

Are extras important? Yes.
If a customer knows what he is doing, he will enquire about your menu, either directly, or more indirectly. If he doesn't, assume he's not expecting extras.
Whatever you do, don't offer something you have no intention of delivering, especially if you want repeat business. Guys don't like that. You can skirt a little by simply not offering, but if the subject is brought up, be straight up with him.
He may decline if you're not a match for what he's looking for, in which case, the best thing to do is simply free both of you up so he can keep looking for what he wants and you can get on with another customer that is happy with what you're willing to provide.

In SF it pretty much starts at $20 per, which quite frankly if you ask me is too much given that it's one way and more often than not bikini. In a fair number of the clubs, the VIP area is 3 for $100, which again, for what you get, I dont think is that great.
In Phx, the prevailing rate is $10 per, topless, at your table, and depending on the lady, limited 2way contact. Better contact can be had in the clubs that have higher end areas, but it pretty much jumps to $20 per at least.

Ruby is a scripting language that allows you to quickly put together code to do various things. I wouldn't run it in a production environment, but it's awful handy for little things like sucking pictures down off the internet.

Different strokes for different folks. What ugly for you might be the gold standard for someone else. Also, looks aren't everything. Personality and how well you get along play a part too. I've had plenty of 7s and 8s that where great and a blast to be around, and 9s and 10s that really sucked.
