    Club DJs that won't STFU!
A strip club d.j. should just serve as an announcer. Anything beyond that is unncesscary and usually detrimental to the club's and dancers' business. If they'd just make it clear who's dancing on which stage, that's all most customers want to know. Clubs that have specials obviously need to have those announced as well. I've sometimes thought that a disc jockey could be replaced by having a changeable sign over each stage naming the dancer on that stage at that moment. A very good source for info. on how deejays should do their jobs can be found at: http://stripclubhound.blogspot.com/

    $2 Bills?
I always thought that race tracks dealt in two-dollars bills. Is anyone out there a racing fan that can comment on that?

    Questions about Austin
@motorhead: I heard a similar story years ago about a young child in an airport who got separated from either his parents or chaparone. He knew he was due to be flown to Oakland, CA. But in his young, squeaky voice, airline officials thought he said Auckland, New Zealand, and flew him there.

Too much of a good thing is never enough
Risk Assessment?? Requesting extras from a dancer
Here in Seattle, while a vigorous raid in 2008 of four clubs owned by the same company was being organized, several dancers already in those clubs turned informant in the few years before the raid to avoid prosecution, effectively working as "undercover cops."

Another form of what samsung 1 just mentioned, is the use of "secret shoppers." I was told by one dancer at a club I frequent that she has been "secret shopped" a few times in her five-year career at that club.

I Want To Be A Dancer!!!!!
I also like thicker women. There are definitely some fans of your figure type. So, don't let your figure discourage you. Like others have said, read the reviews of the clubs in your area, also seek advice on www.stripperweb.com as Papi_Chulo recommended, and by all means confer with Stiletto25. She gives great advice and is well-respected on this board. And please report back to us as to the result of your job search!

Your Personality and Your 'Success' In SCs
Personality certainly plays a big role in our lives, for work or play. In strip clubs, I often get a lot of dancers' attention. They'll come and sit with me (often on me), stay and chat for a while, and a lot of that is even after I've declined them for dances, or even buying them a drink. My success isn't because of my good looks. I'm always pleasant, cordial, dressed neatly, and have well-rehearsed strip club jokes handy.

    Meet the Parents
I've met one or both parents of three different dancers. There were different occasions for all three. The dancer whom I met both parents was at her house for Thanksgiving. I only accepted the invitation for dessert since I had my usual family gathering nearby. Another was because the mother and daughter needed a ride to the airport, so I was glad to accommodate them. The third was just the three of us for dinner. The mom was due to help me with another project another day, but was a no show when the time came. I had a fourth opportunity, which I declined: A dancer wanted me to take her mom to a strip club--not the one the dancer worked at. Her mom had never seen a strip club.

    Ladies room troll.
That sounds like a house mom, common in many clubs. Las Vegas clubs have them. None of the clubs in L.A. that I went to when I lived there had them, and none here in Seattle either.

If they have a loonie toss in Canadian clubs, U.S. clubs should pick up on that idea and have a paper airplane toss.

    RECOMENDATIONS
I've had two occasions where one dancer assisted me with another dancer: 1. A dancer whom I had refused to get further dances with until she repaid I loan I made her, was gracious enough to go get another dancer for me whom I had just seen on stage for the first time. She went to the dressing room after the second dancer got off stage and encouraged her to come out and meet me. She did, and six years later, I still see that dancer. 2. Dancer "A" had told dancer "B" that she was going out to dinner with me after she got off work (day shift). Dancer "B" said, "You're not going like that, are you?" Dancer "A" said, well this is what I wore to work today. Dancer "B" said, "Let's trade shirts. You need to wear a booby shirt (low cut) if you're going out with (my real name)." So they traded shirts, and I got beautiful view of dancer "A's" boobage during dinner. (I had already done OTC with dancer "B.")

What's the fastest you've been offered extras?
Randy, I may have beat your record. At the now-closed Hawaii Theater, in Industry, CA, I had just gone through the turnstyle after paying my admission. A voluptous dancer was standing just two feet from the turnstyle. She grabbed my crotch and said, "I'm the nastiest one here. Let me prove it to you." I declined her offer, got a seat, ordered a drink, and observed her try the same routine on the next customer that came through the door. All that was in less than two minutes.

    Father Daughter dancers
I knew of a (male) club owner once, whose daughter was a dancer in that club. That was so long ago, that the term "strip club" wasn't in use then. It was known as a topless bar. It was in Reseda, CA on Sherman Way., in the block west of Reseda Blvd. I don't even remember the bar's name anymore. She dared go nude one night. Had customers closed both the front and back doors, and did one song fully nude for tips. (This was long before lap dancing came to L.A.)

    Stats about strippers
I've been going to strip clubs, regularly, since 2004. Less so before then. I've met a great many strippers. I don't agree with most of the percentages mentioned in that article based on the dancers I've met and others I've heard about. The one statistic I disagree the most is "...13.5 percent have kids." My personal guess is 70 to 80 percent.

    What would you have done?
If a dancer asks you to join her for something OTC that's too much for your comfort level, for the first time seeing her OTC, suggest something simple as a first get together. That happened to me in one of my early OTC's. After a year of knowing one particular dancers, there was a particular show that she wanted me to take her to see. The thought of OTC with her was interesting, but I wanted to start out slowly with her. So, I suggested that we just meet for dinner one night before she goes to work and see how just that much goes, before committing to the big event. I actually did one more "diner and dancing" outing with her (as I call it), before taking her to the show she asked me to. We then had a three-year OTC relatioship.

    Conversation with dancer
Darkblue, If English is not your native language, that's understandable. For ease of reading, at a minimum, break your text into several paragraphs. It's much easier on the eye. Try to do that perhaps every four or five lines or sentences.

    BO and other bad smell
The only thing like that that's ever happened to me is that a dancer has just come off stage and is perspiring from her very active stage routine. If I liked her on stage, I usually show it by paying very close attention to her on stage, while the other customers in the front row are usually pretending that they're not enjoying the show. Then she comes right over to me, after she gets off stage. Sensing that she'll ask me for dances, the first thing I always do is to give her a hug as she greets me. From placing my hand on her back, I can quickly tell if she's perspiring. If it's too much, I'll politely suggest that she take some time to cool off before we go for dances. It almost always works.

    All in the family.
I consider myself a skilled and seasoned boobologist. I don't usually care for enhanced boobs. I'd rather see small and natural than large and enhanced. Two dancers that I've known for a very long time have exceptional boob jobs, so I see them a lot, but others usually dissaude me imediately. The pressure that the 14 year-old is under to get a boob job, is not good.

    Mother Daughter Dancers
Here in Seattle, there was a mother and three daughters that all danced together in the same club in the '90's. One of the daughters is still dancing. She's now age 41. (She's presently my main profile pic. Others of her are also in my profile pics.) I've seen recent pics of all the daughters and their mother. They were even interviewed on a local Seattle daytime TV show back then. I'm still trying to find the episode of that show to view.
