I tip them on stage (here in Houston) to get them to my table as the clubs here are two way contact with many clubs being extras clubs. The quality of the stage dance really means nothing to me. The determining factors: does she turn me on enough I want to spend money on her taking her up to VIP, and will she play. When I come up to tip her is she aloof or warm, close sexy dance, friendly (feeling Mr H)? If two in succession, I will choose the latter over the former. Once I got rid of the former until the latter got off stage. I then took her up to VIP and fucked her for $200. There was also some otc.
In a one way contact state like Montana you have guys sitting around the stage tipping them as they pass by with their nude dance. There is always a risk of being disappointed with a new girl. My VIP is lifetime so no cost so taking a girl up to VIP or to the CR does not involve any roulette with the VIP cost. Its either going to be a couple of dances (to see if there is chemistry) or an extra. The downside is paying say 200-300 for FS and her performance is not up to par.

What they need should be of no concern with a strip club player. The goal is a good pop, a girl that is a good fuck (nice tight one), drama free, drug free, std free, S/o if any does not know she plays, etc.
