Note regarding the club rating. I think I gave it a "9" because the review system always asks about comfort level and from that standpoint it was actually a nice place to get a drink/relax. But from the overall view of the club, yeah it's probably way lower than a "9" and the low ratings for the dancer/dollar value captures that aspect. Sometimes when I go back and check out my old reviews it's pretty clear I should have rated something way lower/higher to better match what's written in the review. Drink prices are a bit high but really only suck if you buy them for the girl. Time didn't allow for a trip to an FKK.

Now I remember reading that the VIP rooms had gotten renovated in the past but it was pretty packed when I was there and I guess the beaded-curtain room was what was available and I didn't think much of it at the time. Information for the next visitor I guess.

Two things. Since I was on a business trip for work, I wasn't familiar with the club or other dancers. So, I wasn't waiting for any specific dancer and none of the other dancers that I saw really caught my attention so cutting my losses and leaving early didn't bother me. Second, she's definitely the sort of person who wouldn't take "no" or "I'm not interested" well, particularly when she's drunk/high. I've seen her get into it with other customers/dancers, and it wasn't pretty so I just didn't want to deal with her popping off or causing a scene. Anyway, I'm a firm believer that this is strictly a transactional hobby. Yeah, I could have told her that she had gone from a 9 to a 5, but I didn't see what good it would get me and I left.

Maybe I should have phrased it "faces of drugs". She didn't have an alcoholic/drunk look and her belly wasn't showing so I doubt that she was pregnant. Anyway, it was just a random thought on how quickly her looks had gone, likely due to her habit.

It took her a while to process what it meant that there was an ocean in between continents, but after a few moments she was like "that makes sense" when I explained how far it was from California to Italy. She also asked me how you would pay for stuff in Italy. I told her that they had ATMs and used credit cards just like in the U.S. In retrospect, I can probably let that part slide since, given her line of work, she might just deal with straight cash transactions and might not actually have a credit card.
