Yeah, Detroit is great. I was born and raised here and think I am spoiled. However, I recently spent some time in Austin, TX and had a great time there. I used to go to this strip club in Detroit on 8 Mile Rd that had a couple of blondes who were best friends. I have found over the years that OTC plans fail at least 80% of the time. My take on this is that the girls get excited about making extra money when plans are drawn up, but when the time comes to meet they suddenly get cold feet and do not show up.

I can think of at least one reason. They have the option of showing it or hiding it by putting their hair up or down. At the office? Leave your hair down and it's covered. Out clubbing? Put your hair up and show it off.

As an older customer, I realize that compliments on my looks are BS. But most of the complements I get from strippers are about how good I am at going down on them. When I meet someone I really like, I like to have her number. Then if I lose track of her, I can always call her to see where she is working. But once you do that, then she has your number, and that can cause problems. When a stripper gets my number, I give her rules to follow as far as what time of day to call. But I also request that she not call me at all. I will call her when I am ready to come in and want to make sure she will be there. Most girls respect this as they know most of their customers are married. But the ones that do not can be a real pain, calling or texting every day and asking me to come in.
Another option is to become Facebook friends. Then you can message her when you want to be sure she will be there when you come in. And if she messages you constantly on Facebook, no big deal. It helps if the stripper is very active on Facebook and uses it every day. I have had a few girls who only check their Facebook once a week or less, so that is less effective. Other girls use Facebook as an advertisement, posting whenever they are working that day.

There is not really any danger of kissing strippers. If you are a young guy with a young stripper, you can get mono. Other than that, a cold or the flu is all you have to worry about. And I haven't had either in 20 years, and I only work with dancers that give me big, sloppy kisses.
With bare naked blowjobs, there are more risks. If you have been getting bjs at strip clubs for any length of time, you have genital herpes. Period. Theoretically, you can get HIV from a blowjob if you have an open sore (like herpes) on your dick, but it is rare. It is best to use a condom.

Other than that, I think that too many strip clubs set you up to take your money in too many different ways. Paying for parking, cover charge, charge for a table, charge to use the VIP, and especially the bathroom trolls. This is my biggest complaint. I have been in SC bathrooms where there would be a sign on the mirror stating that the "attendant" does not get paid and relies totally on tips, so tip him well. My answer, "Get a real job". Thank you very much, but I do not need any help to take a piss.

I have never had much luck with ladies OTC. For all the arrangements I have made, only about 10% of them worked out. And I find that OTC is really not necessary these days. The VIP areas in the clubs I go to are very nice and very private, with couches big enough to lay down. And I get everything I could ever need or want in the VIP, so there is no need to arrange OTC.
Also, I tend to be extemporaneous when it comes to spending time with a young lady. OTC encounters require a lot of planning ahead of time. I just like to go into a club, find a hot lady, take her in the back and have my way with her.

I have seen many dancers in their 40's and a couple in their 50's. I find that as far as looks, some still look great, others should probably retire. But when it comes to extras like bjs, I find that the older ladies are definitely more talented than a lot of these young chicks. In my book, experience counts. I remember a long time ago I was getting a dance in a very private VIP area when the dancer whipped out her phone and called her young daughter. So it looks like there is quite a variety as far as pricing. My experience has been that I have not paid on a per dance basis in many years. I always go for a package price for full service and the number of dances is determined by how long you last. A few years ago, I was paying $250-$300 for sessions that lasted 5 to 10 dances. With the economy the way it is, I now never pay more than $150 for the same thing. Sometimes I go 10 or more dances and still pay the $150. A good trick is if you think things are going to end too soon, go down on the girl and give her a good licking. They usually like it so much they aren't too concerned about how many dances they are doing.

Henry VIII South in the Detroit area has a nasty looking VIP area. In fact, the whole bar is a dump. But the dances are very high mileage and a lot of fun can be had.
Compare that to Southern Cali where they do not even have VIP areas, but the dances are still $20, with no touching. I can't figure out why they get any business at all, being so close to Tijuana.

I have been frequenting strip clubs for about 30 years now, and the descriptions on this thread of how strippers behave seems pretty normal. For whatever reasons, strippers are not the kind of people you can depend upon. For example, I was recently in my favorite strip club and ended up getting a terrific 2 for 1 deal. Talking with one of the girls afterwords, I made the comment that every time I meet a particularly great dancer, when I come back to see her again, she is never there. Her response was that she and her friend were not like that and were always there every week day except Wednesday. Yet when I came back on a Thursday, guess what? Neither of them were there.

Just paying attention and flirting with you helps a lot. I can't believe how many girls ignore the crowd when they are on stage. Stage time should be a time for them to show off their goods and advertise to the customers of the potential offered in a private dance.
Now about the crack about Midwest clubs. I am from Detroit, definitely in the midwest, and we are known as being one of the best towns for high mileage action at a reasonable price. Compare that to, say the west coast, where there is virtually no touching, or the East Coast, where you can get some action, but at an exhorbitant price.
