There is not really any danger of kissing strippers. If you are a young guy with a young stripper, you can get mono. Other than that, a cold or the flu is all you have to worry about. This is a gross over generalization. But in any event I think hsv1 on your genitals rarely causes outbreaks. Thus, even if the generalization were true, the implications are not nearly as severe as the statement suggests on it's face

Not accurate. A theoretical risk is not just "low," it is practically non existent. The risk here (getting HIV from receiving a blow job) is ike the risk of being hit by a meteor. Sure it could happen but it's not "low risk." It's so improbable that we never even think about it.
