If cops are raiding clubs, it's going to be headline making material for the local newspaper to sell some copies. Strippers arrested for prostitution sells newspapers!!! You're pretty much right about everything, in pretty much every club around, except the first two in regards to those without the bathroom creep. (eating dinner in there, bleck!!!). The Seahawks took too long to figure out Patriots defense. Had they start making some yards in the 1st quarter instead of 3 and out and every drive, they could have kept the Pat's to a lower score.
But, Pat's were doing a good job in coverage, and it took the Hawks too long to figure out they only had 2 corners, and they could put more than 2 recievers on the field. None of the clubs in Washington state are allowed to serve alcohol. Not even beer.
Several are next to bars, and apparently allow customers to go back and forth pretty freely (reenter with no cover).
There use to be a club in Anchorage, AK, Fantasies on Fifth I think it was called, that got an alcohol license but had issue allowing the dancing in the same place for some reason (possibly just cause they had so many 18-20 year old dancers?). Their solution was to put up a wall between the bar and the strip club, with windows. I doubt they'd get away with that in Washington, but am surprised it's taken this long for someone to try and push the issue....

The passport card is cheaper than the full blown passport, and advertised as good pretty only for Canada and Mexico on the land border crossings (i.e. San Ysidro).
Main advantage is really that, it's small durable, like a drivers license. A normal passport book doesn't really lend much confidence to being stuffed in your back pocket while you chase tail all night around bars in Mexico (although the passports are a bit more durable than most people assume). It's like carrying around a 3x5 book with about 20 pages in your pocket all night, the card is much more convinient.
