I honestly don't know how retirement will affect me. I am 8 years away from full retirement. No SO to be concerned with. Between savings, 401k, and ongoing income streams, I won't need SS for living expenses. In theory, Uncle Sam is going to be giving me $2700 a month just to play with. On the other hand, I only club when I travel. I never monger locally. Am I going to be motivated to continue to fly around the country just to club? Currently, the only part of my job I am sick of is airports and hotels. I may transition to 2 - 3 week vacations a couple of times per year and check out Germany, Netherlands, Thailand, Philippines, etc. once I have more free time.

It is a waste of time and tax payer dollars. The vast majority of times the charges won't stick, but look what they've done to the poor girls. Names and faces in the papers and on the internet. Going to come up in every job they ever apply to forever more with just a simple Google search of their name. I end up in a fair amount of dive clubs. I would be more worried about a low life patron following out to the parking lot when I left than problems with the dancers, but I still won't flash my cash in a club. I usually separate my money in a couple of places, so if I run out of the first stack I know I am down to $200 or whatever. If I've planned ahead, I will usually get 2 or 3 $100 bills beyond what I want to spend and fold them up between cards in my wallet. If I'm having a great night that becomes my ATM. In the really dive clubs, (think deep Washington Park), I never have more than about $250 on me.

I won't generally get dances at a gown club without seeing the dancer on stage first. If the club doesn't mandate the outfit, just states gown/dress/robe, those short silk kimono robes are sexy as hell. Being a sash away from a thong or nude beats the hell out of a zippered gown.

Let her know your looking for OTC and does she know any of the dancers that would be open to that. If she volunteers, great. If she makes a dancer recommendation, cool. If she no longer wants anything to do with you, you won't be wasting any more time on her.

I have used reviews to inform of club closures on two occasions in the past. I tried to craft at least one paragraph that included some reminisces about the former club so there was something there worth reading. Both were approved back when Founder did the vetting. Yeah, I know some crap reviews slide by back then, but if it was problematic he could have pulled them at any time. The guidelines are fine, but each club listing already has dance prices, cover charges, average drink prices, and general features listed without even the need to read a review. For me, a shorter review that indicates that Cherry is DTF or Sherry is a ROB is much more useful than a lengthy description of the club layout and condition. If club managers read this site and it would change policy, I would even be okay with a one sentence review that said "I went to Club X, they demanded to scan my ID, so I left." I wonder if they saw 10 - 15 of those in a row if the might stop that bullshit.
