The officer noted it was to arouse or gratify her or his sexual desire.
Two other dancers sat on the laps of other undercover officers and had “shots” with them, according to the arrest warrants obtained by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram on Wednesday.
The three dancers at Bucks Cabaret in north Fort Worth were among six arrested and booked on charges of public lewdness on July 18.
The women are dancers at Bucks Cabaret.
One woman also faces an additional charge of prostitution.
The six were free Wednesday after posting bail shortly after their arrests.
Officials at Bucks Cabaret could not be reached Wednesday for comment.
A Fort Worth jail log identified the suspects who face public lewdness charges as Alyssa Flores, 24, of Keller; Dianela Pena-Ruano, 26, of Fort Worth; Luzmary Moreno Garcia, 24, of Fort Worth; Lily Lucio, 20, of Fort Worth; Norbys Barrera Fuentes, 35; and Madison Brown, 22.
Brown also faces a charge of prostitution, according to jail records.
The warrant on Lucio stated an undercover officer went into the business on March 28 and began talking to her.
At some point, the two went to a back room and Lucio provided a private dance.
During the dance, Lucio is accused of simulating the sex act on the officer, according to the warrant.
On April 28, another vice officer entered the business and approached Flores. She asked if he wanted to do a “shot” with her. At some point, Flores is accused of sitting on his lap and drinking Patron.
On that same night, another undercover officer approached Brown, who also was accused of lewd immoral conduct while at the club.
Authorities have said the arrests were the result of a police operation at the strip club, which was the scene of a shooting on July 11 in the club’s parking lot where two men were injured
.Fort Worth police and officials with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission are investigating the shooting. TABC officials said they were not aware of the Bucks Cabaret investigation involving the dancers.
Armed with warrants, officers arrested the women and the six were booked into the Fort Worth Jail on July 18.
Each woman faces charges of public lewdness. In Texas, a person commits this offense if the person knowingly engages in sexual intercourse, deviant sexual intercourse or sexual contact in public, according to the Texas Penal Code.
The crime is a Class A misdemeanor.

March 28 and April 28 are the alleged incidents
July 11 was the shooting
July 18 the raid
Cops were there for months. Maybe they were there looking for drugs? It wouldn't make any sense for them to be there for months for any other reason?
Afraid of harmful crimes - like the shooting at this very club - but will spends months getting down on dancer activities.
Every city and town has these - disgrace to LE anywhere - protectors are the harassers.
Exactly - with all the hardcore thugs running around committing violent crimes and they're putting $$$ and resources intobl this shit.
Legalize drugs and prostitution and LE will be better able to focus on serious crimes.
Legalize drugs maybe. Marijuana at least. But prostitution won't be legalized anytime soon. Women and the state have too much to lose. They would rather limit the options of men and force them to give their money to them, through welfare, child support, alimony, etc. There have been recent studies saying women nowadays are dating men for free food with no intention on going farther.
" Each woman faces charges of public lewdness. Huge difference between having a topless dancer drink a shot on your lap and going at it doggie style on a city park bench. I don't see how the State could prevail.
On an unrelated note, looking at the arrest pictures, Most of the reviews of the club have rated the dancers as 7, 8, or 9's. Club must have some really forgiving lighting.
Dont underestimate the power of makeup either.
Cops have come in to arrest someone before but in that case it was super low key and business pretty much went on as usual even with the cops walking around in the club. This time they obviously wanted to send a strong message and used swat and pretty much shut the club down. The did stay open afterwards but all the customers left. Coincidentally this was also bucks VIP/mandatory day so normally it would be packed there.
Please note this is second hand info from a stripper so it may not be 100% correct.

Sounds pretty good, especially if they really have a surplus of dancers clocking in.

So I was talking to a CF today and it turns out she was the one arrested that first Wednesday. Apparently she had an outstanding warrant and another dancer (who literally hates her) found out and called the cops.
So the girl that called the cops apparently bragged about getting this girl arrested. When my CF got back to work, this girl was chiding her, but the manager told her to get her shit and leave. Apparently calling the cops was bad business for the club, lol.
