^ "Making it rain" does very little to make an impression on the dancers. One thing to keep in mind is dancers talk to each other about customers all the time. If you visit a particular club regularly, find a favorite, and spend generously on her with dances/VIPs, word will get out to the other dancers and you will be getting a lot of attention on your future visits. Even if you don't have a disposable income, you can create that illusion if your approach is to spend big on one particular dancer in the club. Getting attention can boost your ego and put you in a position where you get to call the shots. If a particular dancer approaches you and she isn't your type, you can politely turn her away knowing you will probably get approached by one that is your type. This is something that myself and several others on this forum have experienced.

The one curiosity seems to be Legends as there are not enough recent reviews out there, or consistent reports on extras at this club. I have taken some time to dig through posts on another forum that suggests that a good time can be had there. However, a lot of the reports on extras at Legends on said forum seem to go back to last Fall.
I've got plenty of Detroit clubs I need to visit eventually. I may take the plunge and visit Legends some time in the next month, if not for the very reason it is the type of club that caters to my clubbing availability, which is weekends. However, I am a little concerned that the prices for "services" at Legends could be similar to a club like Penthouse.

Most of my experiences have been in open lap dance areas, and not the privacy of a VIP area. This being that most of my experiences have been in non-extras clubs in a state where it is strictly enforced that the customer is not allowed to touch the dancer at all.
With that said, it makes no sense to buy a VIP session if you are getting the same as a standard lap dance, but just for a longer period of time. At these clubs, you could always see the bouncer from where you were sitting. You knew he was monitoring the lap dance area and ready to warn someone or kick them out if they grope the dancer.
However, if the dancer really liked you, they would have their way with you. I've had several that would do a lot of heavy grinding during a nude lap dance. There was one specific dancer that loved to grab my boner. That is basically the best mileage I ever got at these clubs. Back then it was common for me to go home with my pants smelling like coochie from all the nude grinding.

To make my visits worthwile, I make it a point to have my time at the club be longer than the drive to and from the club combined. Everywhere I've lived, my favorite clubs always ended up being an hour drive from my home. At my favorite clubs I am able to consistetly enjoy 3 hours there before deciding it is time to leave.

I am in total agreement with WetWilly and gawker about what makes a woman sexy.
I will probably get criticized by some for this, but I really don't care. The one thing that really does it for me is a pretty face.
When I am at the club, it rarely happens that I see a girl with such a pretty face that I get hard staring at her when she hasn't even taken her top off. But when it does happen, it very much guarantees that I am not going to be paying any attention to any of the other girls in the club.
With face being #1, ass would be #2 for me. Not saying that I don't love large titties, because I do, just as long as they are real. I don't put much emphasis on breast size. In fact, there are very few things I hate more about a woman than fake tits.

The majority of the girls I've gotten dances from would be in the 21-29 range. I may have had dances from a few as old as 32, but it is very hard to guess a dancer's age, and I never ask it either. Some act a lot more mature than a typical woman of their age, while others don't act as mature as most women their age do. A few have told me their age in casual conversations without me asking them.
I have, on one occasion gotten a dance from a girl who was either 18 or 19 (she said she had only been dancing for 2 weeks), and her inexperience did show. Well, more so, she lacked some confidence and didn't know what to do. I think some of the posts are from trolls, but I also think some are legit newbs that really need advice. I remember many years ago when I was a newb. I did not post on these boards or anywhere on the internet to ask for advice. I learned about how SC's work on the fly. I made my fair share of mistakes. However, I never ever thought I would be able to date a stripper. I admit, there are dancers from many years ago I will always remember for the rest of my life because of how beautiful they were and how great they were at giving dances. In the end, they are just memories and there are always going to be someone to replace them until the day comes that I decide to stop going to clubs.
For example, I remember a dancer that was a solid 9 and the hottest one at the club she worked at. Her dances involved a lot of stick-shifting and heavy grinding. As much as it shocked me at first that she actually would reach down and touch my penis, I actually enjoyed it a lot and just let her keep doing it multiple times throughout the dance. She was also the type that would keep grinding until you bust a nut. What made it obvious was the fact she would keep reaching down at my penis and once she felt my pants were wet, she would smile at me. Now what I am describing is very common. I guess I can say I have dated a stripper, if going on two dates before breaking it off counts. This was a long time ago and this experience was very helpful.
I will try to make this short. It was several years before I ever set foot into a strip club. I was a 22 year old college student and I was at a party. I think where a lot of PL's become RIL's is the fact that the dancers will usually be very friendly and receptive to their company ITC simply based on the fact that money is being exchanged. They will keep this relationship active during future club visits simply in a business sense of the typical dancer/customer situation. This is provided that the customer does not come across as being creepy, needy or emotionally unstable. Just like civilian women, dancers will keep their distance and ignore customers that have issues. Because dancers are women, they are very good at spotting it, sometimes just by looking at a customer's facial expression. Believe it or not, if you come across as being creepy, needy or emotionally unstable, a dancer will usually have no interest in spending time with you even though you do have money to spend on her. Now, if you remove money from the situation completely, the dancer would never even give the customer the time of day. That is how you know that you need to be careful and not become a RIL. I am not saying it is 100% possible to avoid it, but it is a lot easier if you always remember it is only about the money.

It does suck that this happens, but you will grow from this experience. One thing that may help out a lot is to limit your visits to the club, and instead occupy your time with other things that will make you too busy to even think about the situation. Don't go to the club more than once a month. When you have a gap of at least a month in between visits, it will keep your emotions in check and significantly reduce the possibility of becoming a RIL. At least this is what works for me. I honestly never have been a RIL. I have been aware of what the signs are of becoming a RIL, even before I started posting on this forum. After a visit to a club, if I realize I behaved a lot differently towards a particular dancer than I typically do towards the others in the club, I will access the situation and think about what might happen if I let it continue. If I think I could become a RIL, I will spend some extended time away from the club and return when I know I have my emotions in check. By doing this, I don't fall into the trap of being a RIL, and I enjoy future visits to the club, whether it be with the same dancer or a different one. Always let the bigger head do the thinking. Recognize a few warning signs early on and take proper action. If you don't, it will only escalate into becoming a RIL, and that is not good for you or for her.

My favorite type, this is a tough call. I would say in this order, Barbie, Tulip and Curtains. The other two I don't see as often.
I would say Curtains is the most common. Sometimes it is a variation that is mostly curtains with a little bit of one of the other types.
