If you don't want to provide a number that's ok, but I have recently encountered girls asking for a higher price for OTC romps. Each part of the country is different, so any direct comparison is tough.
Over the past few years girls have mostly been looking for 200-300, rarely more. Recently I've been hearing 400-600, with one asking 700. What are your experiences lately, especially relative to a few years ago.
It's been a good while for me but that 2-300 seemed to be the way to go. Length of time would be a key factor. If they stay several hours, are hot and you can bust a nut a few times, I'd think about $400.

I'm reminded of the old question - "how much does a car cost?" I'd believe many girls in mid to large cities are able to get $400-600 for multi hour sessions.
Girls typically ask me for $400-600 for dinner and play time. But I'm not playing otc right now so I'm not sure if they could be talked down.

For the most-part the clubs set the dance-prices - for the most-part the girls get to set ITC VIP and OTC prices - a bit better economy (and a booming stock-market) gets people spending more (SCs or not) and prices creeping up.
Many clubs tend to not have too-high dance-prices so they can get PLs in the door and buying drinks which is often the main $$$-maker for SCs.
I pay $300 typically, as much as $400 for the right girl. Never negotiate time, but never had an issue with sessions lasting at least 2-3 hours involving making out, mutual massage, 69, and fucking. No dinners, this ain't a date.

I've recently done $300 for a couple hour session, $600 overnight. Dinner and gift are separate.
I find that a fixed monthly SB allowance is best deal. Predictability and consistency results in lower per session rate. I also like the deeper more connected relationships.
In Atlanta I've heard $500 from strippers. Never paid more than $300. Believe that you can get it for $150-200 for short time. I knew 5 strippers from my favorite club that started working for an escort agency. The prices on their site were:

With the exception of the DC area 500 typically is good for 4-5 hours if not overnight.
@shadowcat, those prices and times you listed are comparable to what a lot of escorts around Detroit charge, but my knowledge is not completely up to date. About 3 years have passed since the days that I was fucking escorts.
In my own turf, I pay around $200 for an hour of OTC with a hot girl. In many other areas, I often pay $300, though I am probably paying an ignorance tax as a traveler. I don't do OTC in places like NYC or L.A. because the quotes have just been too high - I can always wait a few days to be back in a more reasonable area.
Here in flyover country, I'm still in the $100-200 range for a get together. Typically an hour or two before or after her shift. I prefer before, but after is fine as well if part of the fun is letting me wash her off in the shower.
The last overnight I had was $400, and that was from about 2AM to noonish the next day.
I never offer to buy a girl off her shift. That's a fool's game right there. I stick with days off and before/after shift. My ATF was often late for work on days we met. :)
I've only been doing OTC for about 18 months in the Midwest, so I don't have much of a basis of comparison. I know that my ATF wants $200-250 for a five-hour afternoon date and $400-500 for an overnight date lasting up to 16 hours.
However, I've recently received two considerably higher offers for a 5-hour afternoon:
I rejected the first offer, countering with $350 + a $50 tip if I'm satisfied (no resolution yet), and am considering a similar counter-offer to the second.
I also have a favorite at an extras club who will blow me uncovered for about $200 in the VIP room but insists on $500 for an afternoon and $1000 for overnight -- which isn't going to happen.
