I've had experiences similar to that of Futuretrackstar. I've been to a club where dance prices are $20, but touching is allowed at the dancer's discretion.
At this club, the dancers say right before the dance starts, "There are two options. You can go with a standard $20 dance with no touching, or you can go with a $40 dance with touching allowed."
I didn't think it was a good value to pay $20 extra just so I could feel their tits and ass, so I would go with the standard no-touch dance. As a result, often times, the dancer would punish me with an air dance. Some may have given better dances had I paid extra for touching, but I got a feeling a lot of them strictly only do air dances. This was a club where there are a few girls who actually do give good medium-contact lap dances.

My recent experiences have been similar. Within the last few weeks during a club visit, I hung out with a smoking hot MILF, but you wouldn't know it by looking at her that she has given birth twice. Her body showed no signs of baby damage st all. She takes really good care of her body, and she was a great conversationalist. But, this one was nowhere close to having an exit strategy, and I'm not sure she will any time soon. Still, getting full service with her in the VIP was an incredible experience.

I think it has to do with the fact that she is letting you choose the place if you do an outcall, and the higher rate includes a convenience fee. This is at least my understanding.
I've always scheduled incalls and met them at their preferred hotel. However, on at least 2 occasions, I did have to pick them up from their house before going to the hotel. That is a bit risky if you are not familiar with the neighborhood they live in, but if you do your research ahead of time and read online reviews about the provider, then you know whether it would be safe to pick her up from her place.

It seems to be a common scenario where the best club is usually not the closest.
From my Wisconsin days, I had a club that was about a 20 minute drive to the north that usually had anywhere from 5-10 dancers working, and dance prices were $20 topless or $40 nude. There was another club about an hour drive to the south that would usually have anywhere from 15-20 dancers working, dance prices were $20 and it was up to the dancer if they would be topless or nude, but the majority of them would be nude.
Based on this information, it should be no surprise I would usually choose to go to the club that was an hour drive to the south.

One thing that works in your favor is to have a good memory. Remember who the dancers are at the clubs you visit. More importantly remember who you've gotten dances with, and if they were any good.
I have several years experience visiting non-extras clubs. I was selective about which dancers I'd get dances from. If I had a dance with a particular dancer and it was lame, I didn't buy dances from her again. If the dance was good, I'd buy several on each visit. If the dance was amazing, I'd see what she's like in the VIP. In these clubs, I rarely ever took a dancer to the VIP. At some clubs, there were very few dancers that gave good dances, which resulted in about 75% of all dances being one-and-done situations.
With this strategy, you can go to a club with $200, stay for 3 hours, and walk out of the club with at least $50 still in your wallet on most nights.

I would not pay more than $300 for a one hour escort session, therefore I would not pay more than $300 for one hour of OTC sex with a stripper. Even then, the $300 would be for the rare situation that she is a 9 or a 10. If she is a 7 or an 8, I'd try to negotiate the price around $200. I've had a few escorts I'd rate an 8 and the most they charged was $200 for an hour.
But right now, I am all about getting my action ITC. If I find a suitable candidate, I will switch to OTC, and it would be exclusively with her and I would not be visiting clubs again until the relationship with the OTC stripper runs its course.

This was actually right after I got full service in the VIP, so my purpose of using the bathroom wasn't exactly to take a piss. It was to dispose of the evidence and try to clean up as best as I could with toilet paper.

I posted about this in greater detail in a similar topic a while back.
Only once was I in a club that had fat dancers. I think the first 2 or 3 I saw were fatties. Then I saw one petite little spinner, followed by one who was 45+ with a rock hard body. The only one who was appealing to me was the spinner. Needless to say, it was early in the evening and I was the only customer in the club. I had only been there maybe 15 minutes at the most and not only was the hustle very high, but they didn't know how to take "no" for an answer. This was a short visit for me, and I never visited this club again.

Those last sentences in the article, while they make a good point, don't seem to be realistic as they suggest that men and women are wired the same when they are not. Men are more visual than women which explains why men tend to be more perverted than women. Because of this reason, I would tend to believe that the majority of the customers at a male strip club would be gay men.

I workout anywhere from 5-6 times a week. I've tried several different workout routines throughout the years. Some worked great while some did not. I have to change my workout routine every few months or so as my body becomes immune to it and I will no longer get the results I desire.
The one benefit I've seen the most is that exercising regularly and eating healthy, as well as not smoking and only drinking in moderation, I have managed to not age at all over the past 10-12 years or so. I'm in my mid-30's, but if you saw me, you'd think I was in my early 20's.
A mix of cardio and weight training is recommended. I've tried several workouts that were heavy on cardio and light on weights (when training to run in 5k's), but I've also had stretches where I've focused more on weights (so I can build muscle).
Recent studies I've read say that you should do a mix that consists of heavy weight-training sessions, and HIIT (high intensity inverval training) in order to burn fat and build muscle simultaneously. HIIT workouts are usually short, but brutal. For example, it may only be 15 minutes, but it is a repeated pattern where you do something like sprint as fast as you can for 30 seconds, rest for a couple minutes, and then repeat.
HIIT is prefered over long-distance cardio as running a long distance non-stop hurts muscle growth (and could actually result in the loss of muscle mass). This explains why so many marathon runners, while being skinny and physically fit, tend to have arms and legs that looks like twigs.
Of course, going with the right workout plan is only part of the equation. You also have to have the right foods in your diet. Things like chicken breast, salmon, steak and eggs for protein. Potatoes, fresh fruits and oatmeal for carbs. Lots of fresh vegetables. Drink plenty of water (probably more than you drink daily). Even though it may be expensive, buy organic as that will make a big difference too.

I could be a late addition to the party. Getting the day off from work should not be a problem as I got 15 vacation days I've yet to use. There are other factors though that may effect whether I can go.
