I have always loved conversing (or, as strippers and the OP say, "conversating") with dancers as long as they have something to say. If the conversation becomes painful because they don't know how to converse and make me do all the work, I find a way to move them along. Usually a stripper has to be at least 25 to be interesting to talk with, but I have a new favorite at one club who isn't quite 21 and is *fascinating* to hang out with. Of course it helps that she has natural D's and a great grind :)

Great answer, DirkDiggler! If you enjoy what youre getting at your current level of SC spending, keep doing it. If you think you're spending too much, cut back or quit altogether. It doesnt matter what anyone else spends on the hobby. And finally, most of us long-time PLs would rather not think about what we've spent -- and Bj99 prefers it that way :)

As usual, I love Bj99's answer! Like most posters on this thread, I prefer not to think about my total SC spending since 1994, especially once I discovered extras and then OTC in the past few years. However, I know it's not Dadillac or gawker type money.

Two strippers at my usual evening club have the gummy bear implants. They are amazingly natural in appearance and feel -- but I still prefer the real thing! Whenever a dancer of *any* breast size asks me if she should get a boob job, I advise her against it, pointing out that many customers prefer small and natural over large and fake.

Yes, stage dancing is definitely a skill that not all women have, or all strippers for that matter, but the strippers that last get good at it. The same can be said for lap dancing: not all women are skilled in this area, nor are all strippers initially, but the ones who want to stay in the profession learn how. Probably a lot of us veteran clubbers have experienced a baby stripper giving her first lap dances ever. Some of them are naturals and immediately seem to know what they're doing; others will never learn and move on to other jobs.
As for any connection between being a stripper and being skilled at sex, I suppose that extras girls get very good at giving BJs and HJs. Otherwise I agree that great strippers can be lousy lays and mediocre strippers can be great in bed.

I have 42 on my ignore list, but really only 4 people were both frequent posters and a waste of bandwidth. As a result, the time I spend on this board is much more pleasant. Most of the other 38 on my list don't even post any more. Just to take a random example, fanky has had nothing to "contribute" in almost two years.

The only time a club looked too sketchy to this old white dude with an occasional taste for chocolate was one time at Club Venus in Indy (not Detroit). There were some shady-looking guys hanging around the entrance, so I went elsewhere that night -- but I returned to Venus another time.
In truth, if I'm willing to go to Blondie's, Dollie's, or Wise Guys in Washington Park, IL late at night (and I am), then I'm willing to go anywhere!

Yeah, I'm curious to know how much 3 hours in VIP set you back. In low-cost Indiana, I occasionally spend all afternoon (from 1 to 6 or 7), buy two half-hour VIPs, a lot of drinks and stage tips, and maybe a few lappers and spend $500-600: expensive fun but well worth it once in a while. I guess that makes me a relative whale for the day.

Your poem resonates with me, caskel. Between August 2016 and March 2017 I had a series of about 10 wonderful OTC dates, mostly overnight in her apartment, with my ATF, whom I had fallen for hard. I can still picture sitting with her at her kitchen table at around noon one day in mid-March as she finished putting on her makeup for an afternoon at work. I was supposed to see her for one last overnight date two weeks later, before she moved in with a boyfriend, but it never happened because she violated probation (on a drug-related charge), went to jail, and has been incarcerated most of the time since then.
When she gets out, I will text her for a while occasionally, on significant dates like her birthday and the anniversary of our first date, but I have come to realize that I will most likely never see her again.
"The reality is, she will never be mine" -- quite true!
With no disrespect to Dadillac, he certainly has you beat for PL of the Year, though I spent a couple thousand more on this girl than I should have.

With my OTC girls, the rule is "You can talk about your sex life with your husband/BF (within reason) but NOT about what you do with other customers". For example, it was moderately interesting to hear about my ATF's rather extensive sex life with various boyfriends, but if she ever mentioned other customers, I asked her to change the subject. I do agree that these girls are often too open about what they do with others, which destroys the fantasy.
