I once was in a place early in the evening, only PL and I was sure it was gonna be out of business soon (it was). 2 dancers nicely chatting me up though, figured I'd get a double from them before I left. Hadn't realized until they got close that they both stunk. I tried to hold my breath and smile. Longest dance of my life and I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Btw, what happened to the Glossary? I've seen some new terms bandied about and have no idea what they mean?

I live for these reviews. I think I might have actually been here once a long long time ago, by the railroad tracks had a distinctive ring to it. From what I remember, the attitude certainly fits too. Sorry the night was a bust (mine was too in hindsight) but thanks for taking one for the team and putting the red circle with a slash over this place.

I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be a Rick's affiliate. They own multiple clubs in some areas they think have a good market. I know they have 2 in Minneapolis, they've got 3, maybe 4 in NYC. I'm sure Louisville has potential.

Tuskular, I went in just as far as the reception desk and could see into the club for the few things I described. I think this is worthwhile as a review and helpful to inform other mongers about the entrance experience, the double the cost for the cover as compared to other nearby clubs in the area, especially on an off and empty weeknight, as an aid to making an informed decision on where to go (if they are budget conscious). I mentioned ways your could apparently get comped for the entry. It also has more info in it than I've seen in other reviews. How is "Had a great time with Satin in VIP, YMMV," ever helpful in a review? Maybe I could have done less pontificating about our capitalism based economy but there you go.

Good review. Staff observation is right on. This has become one of my clubs in the city. Would really like to know if these NYC $$$ VIP rooms are worth it though.

Curious because I've enjoyed going to CHIII but really, this looks like something in "the real housewives" genre. I would have never gotten a dance from any of these girls.

Ooof, you guys. I did a few topless bars in the 80s but stayed away from the peep shows. Guess I like mine with a bit of alcohol. Do remember a few times walking out of a place and getting propositioned/groped by hookers. I thanked them for their interest and moved on.

I miss this too. Some places you can still find the good show but I'm afraid they're few and far between.

I think I've experienced a few dancers who've tried to get me to LDK. I've gotten close but haven't and don't ever want to. I wear thin pants to 'enhance' the experience that would very obviously soak through and even if the girl had some satisfaction of having done that, I still have to walk around like I pissed myself.

Value wise, the $150 and $300 are certainly better than Manhattan Clubs. $25 for a lapper though is a bit awkward. Best to wait and see a girl dance before deciding to take them for one of the upper levels instead. Btw, I work in TV and have been in this club many many times (outside of their business hours) as a location. Never been there as a customer.

Hmmm... I don't know. I'll have to let this idea percolate. It depends on the club and the girl.

61, late 80's 90's were okay but I didn't take off until the 2010s.

I used to always wear an untucked button down for this very reason. It got opened, but never came off in a few VIPs. When the girl's up for it, skin on skin certainly does enhance the experience.

I see the point of saying this could be a discussion because you ask a question but it's more thought provoking than a dumb, "d'uh, do strippers let you cum on them, d'uh uh?" question in the forum. I fit into your traveling, wandering PL paradigm and though I did have a couple of ATFs in Las Vegas, where I had traveled often, it was more about the convenience and kind-a knowing what I was in for than walking into a place blind. There might have been a pull to get closer to them but as I did I also realized, noooooo, not a good idea and I was happy to just show up for a good time until we all moved on. I also did start wondering who I might be missing out on. Now that my traveling days are behind me, I'm going to local clubs which used to be much more rare for me to do. I've found myself asking a dancer what days she works so I can see her again. Your question revealed the slippery slope this is. I've enjoyed a certain amount of anonymity in clubs and I'm not sure I'm comfortable becoming a dancer's regular PL. I've seen these guys my whole club going career with their roses or boxes of candy, thinking they actually have a girlfriend. There's also that old, who else am I missing out on (I am a monger after all) while I'm here with this one? Lastly, there is truth and experience in that if I had a great night and go back for a second, well it's rare you catch lightening in a bottle twice. But... to your question, maybe a PL would have an ATF because she's 'safe' or believed to be safe. Since my belief is that I probably would never see any of these women again, I actually can be my most honest self and not put on pretense with those who are really engaging beyond the looks department. It's good therapy. Or is it actually really pathetic, does an ATF only remain an ATF as long as the money is flowing and she lets the PL believe they are different than the others or whatever he wants to believe, "Yea, sure sure honey, you're the most special to me. Btw, got another "client" coming through the door so you know, skedaddle and I'll see you tomorrow.. next week.. we'll do some VIP so bring lot's of money." Oh and I've seen plenty of regulars who were jerks. There's another topic, why do dancers put up with them? (thought, maybe it's about the $$$).

Thank you for this. At the beginning of the summer I was down there and went to the Masters. Never got the chance to write a review. Heard about this place and was wondering. Now I know to stay clear. $40 a dance is ridiculous anywhere but more so in these out of the way places. Masters was $30 and that's bad enough. They did run a few two-fer specials and that sure crowded the lap dance room. It's a shame that most of the clubs in Myrtle went belly up.

Evergreen98, even a little description of the club would have been helpful. You mentioned allot of staff including cooks so is it a big place? I know I could have probably looked it up in past reviews but a quick description would have been nice so we can picture the room as we're reading. Got the uncomfortable sofa note but does that mean you're sitting on a wooden chair? Dance prices were nicely noted. Cassie's description was good but since the girls come and go, not really helpful for a curious monger.
