FOVorite techniques and positions
Good thoughts! Re magazine references, without getting into medical detail, was referencing specific areas accessed during FOV (like something that rhymes with Mulva vs something that rhymes with Delores vs something that rhymes with Franz Rubis etc). The approach and techniques may be different, and maybe one request encourages, leads to, or backs into following requests?

Rowing across the 2nd/3rd base gap
Is terminology/metaphor the problem? Another way to phrase the question is, though maybe similarly vague, is what are all the activities beyond "Medium mileage" (MM) but less than "Very high mileage" (VHM)? MM is the bare minimum mileage that involves two-way contact while VHM is extras short of FS. The diamond with a cross point is a really good one. Is there just a better way to describe different levels/types of activities between MM and VHM? You have to start with a list of activities (like FK, FOV, LDK) before it can be grouped into levels/types. It feels like a complex table based on what the PL can do and what the performer offers to do back. Or is there a simpler way?

What was once GFE is no longer the case
You should read a very similar article I wrote about 8 month ago about ATFs. It is an economic issue though. With leakage to digital, the supply of dancers has shrunk esp since the pandemic. When supply decreases but demand stays, prices go up. So in places with big baller high rollers, the same GFE with ATFs exists. The PL money and highest quality of dancer motivates both to remain in the polyamorous extras filled relationship. But unless you can afford that first class service, you’re getting shitty economy service. (Remember the david spade snl skit with the flight attendants saying buh bye). The transition has been hardest on middle class PLs who used to be able to find ATFs and get GFEs much more frequently when first class was cheaper. What Amazon did to shopping malls after 2007 might be the story of what OF did here after 2019.

About LDKs ... the good, the bad, and the sticky
Just want to +1 RiskA and Book Guy. The article is great on covering LDK mechanics, but there is another dimension around attitude and the ATF psychological experience. RiskA's comment about girls who can play us like fiddles rang so true and still sometimes messes with my head (yes pun intended that messes by one head messes with the other one). On one extreme is a hot ROB who has you at full mast outside VIP, but then due to the ROBIsh behavior turns you off. There's nothing more infuriating or frustrating than a ROB. On the other extreme is the CF/ATF who seems to say and do all the right things. The emotional fiddle play starts outside of the VIP with cuddling, flirting. Inside the VIP, its the right goldilocks balance of intense and seemingly limitless two-way contact with the right grind pressure at the right time. Its the unnerving and yet intoxicating feeling that an ATF can literally play your mind and body. A memorable LDK starts before the VIP and lasts after the VIP, because of the emotional engagement. I wish there was more discussion and understanding around the emotional addictiveness of this fiddle play dynamic. I'm still lost as to whether LDKs are about carefully engineering control or about blissfully losing it.

ITC Price-Per-MInute For Different Mileage Levels
Sheesh, really didn't expect confusion/controversy on mileage definition since its discussed so frequently here: https://tuscl.net/discussion/55178 Appreciate the comments with recent pricing, which was the intent of the thread. Really appreciate comments citing location too because it would be interesting if the recent inflation was much higher in some places than others. I'd guess it's worst on the west coast and northeast, but that's the intent, to understand how much the average pricing has actually gone up.
