I'm a GUY who is pro- "all-natural-women." (i.e. no silicon / no ink / no metal bits) Although I have to say: metal worse than bad/hard silicon, worse than ink, worse than good/soft silicon. (Ironically, ink is the least reversible.)

My definition of:

stripper (n): a customer service professional who uses nakedness, flirtation, and their own pleasant attitude to make men (and some women too) feel good and enjoy their time together. Generally seen as working to improve how the customer feels. [The aforementioned characteristics are mutually exclusive with a dancer telling a custom how shitty her life is.]
