Bad Night at Bad Club
Dropped by here Thursday evening and reluctantly paid the 20 dollar cover to get in and all I can say is wow. Avoided the valet which was 10 bucks and parked my jalopy on the street. The name of the club is “The Gentleman’s Club” and the word gentlemen should be used very loosely here as this place operates more like a cheap dive that sells soda. It’s in a not so safe industrial part of Glendale by the railroad tracks and the lady behind the counter is beyond rude - not sure what her problem is but she literally yanked the 20 out of my hand without so much as a hello, thank you or even an F you very much. There were a few customers when I walked in but still very much barren for a Thursday night. The place looks more like a club you’d see in a 70s mafia movie with the red strobe lights and tacky purple couches spread everywhere.
There was a really hot and slender Latin dancer with a nice C rack there but she was preoccupied with a very fat and hairy man the whole night who was going to town on the hookah lamps. The other bad thing about this place is it smells like burnt hookah coal and armpits - which was a big turn off. The other dancers weren’t very attractive - many of them were either overweight or marked with too many tats which is something I’m not fond of on a woman. Many gave me attitude when I refused the vip dances ($150.00) so I cut my losses and went home.
