I consider it one of the most enjoyable parts of my strip club experience when I cum. That being said, dancer's reactions vary considerably when it happens.. Some wipe it on my pants and keep on going, others immediately want a bigger tip and mention it, others are genuinely happy, and in the true " gentleman's clubs " I've known them to react negatively.
I wear thick cotton pants whenever I'm in a club, so that makes it easy to hide. I love it when it happens, every time.

I'd take it, as it is unenforceable. Clubs in Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, and other countries are more brothels than strip clubs. Who's gonna know?

In my experience, you want to test that just like you would kissing a woman on the lips for the first time. If you get close and she moves away, assuming she is paying attention to your intentions, you have a clear signal. If you get close and she moves her titties closer to your lips, you have your signal the other way.
Also, touching her nips with your fingertips, then moving your mouth closer, will give you another signal. Some of them will literally shove their titties into your face as you get close.
If you want to be respectful, focus on signals.

Scarletts is likely worth a visit for you, and 2001. 2001 is more likely to cost you big bucks, partly because you are new to the Tampa scene, and 2001 has a range of private areas. A greedy dancer may very well take you right to the most expensive (profitable for her) area of the club.

Tough call. It also depends on the time of year. Take away the college girls in some of these cities for certain months and the talent changes tragically.

It depends. What is mileage to a married couple, exactly?
The rooms in back of Scarletts are very secluded and private, in my experience, but my mileage is dependent on my knowing the dancer well.
That being said, I an guessing what you might mean by mileage in this situation.

Plenty of Asian strippers in the western USA. I spent the evening in a club this weekend with 6 Asian dancers on duty. That's plenty for me.
I love Asian women, partly because they are generally slimmer and more shapely than American women.

This is such a weird year in college hoops. I've about decided we need to start the ranking at 10 this year :-)
I found myself saying " well, they're overrated, and they're overrated, and they're overrated. .." time and time again this year. My solution has become to start the rankings at 10 :-)

If the club is with your time and effort to visit, it makes no sense to leave just because you're too shy to tell a fat woman you don't want to dance with her, especially if you are paying for the dance.

I've been in that situation before, and I've used numerous solutions. The easiest is to invite an attractive dancer over for some lap dances while the chubber is on stage. When she gets off stage, she'll already know you've had dances, and you can tell her you're going to rest for a while.
