As a NC resident, I can tell you to either stay home or head south to the better Carolina (for strip clubs at least!) NC clubs are almost all non-contact.

Definitely go back. Apologize if you have to, but make light of it if you do. It doesn't sound like a big deal.

Tessie, the VIP dances at your club aren't always as tame as you are making them sound. Cameras or not, there is a lot of fun to be had in the VIP there (maybe I'm on video tape, how exciting!) And the price is also very negotiable depending on the dancer.

Whether or not a woman can nurse depends on the individual, not necessarily on the size of the titties. Some chicks with small breasts may have a more difficult time with milk supply, for obvious reasons. However breast size itself is not a direct indicator of whether or not nursing is possible.

I agree Shadowcat that it is very annoying when they sit back there bs-ing while I'm trying to get a high mileage dance. You're definitely correct that most dancers there tone it down when they aren't comfortable with the crowd in the couch room. I've had verying experiences on that front though. The extremes: One dancer was up the shorts leg after promising me a good time (we were alone) and was about to deliver when another dancer and customer rounded the corner. She immediately stopped, got dressed, and told me that the dance was on her but that nobody could see her do that. Others have played with willy out in the wide open for all to see without too much worry. Depends on the dancer.

I agree with Bones on policy or lack thereof. I go with what I want to do at the time. The definition of extra is clearly what Bones said. Guys that think anything less than that is an extra have very low expectations!
95% of guys that I have spoken with go to clubs for extras. The ones that aren't into extras probably don't go to clubs very often. There are some exceptions, however, as evidenced by this thread. I can't figure out why you'd go to a club to just look if you can also touch or be touched, but I guess that's just me!

I was on a golf trip to Myrtle Beach a few years back with some friends that are not into the strip club scene. Since not visiting a strip club when in MB is against my rules, I decided to sneak away from the condo at about 5pm after golf while the others showered and shined their putters. I went to the nearest place, Fantails (we were staying at the River Oaks condos for those familiar with the area). 5 minutes after walking in I was in the upstairs VIP receiving a bbbj (no cim, that bitch). 10 minutes later, I was back at the condo.
