It rarely rains in SoCal, but when it does I try to hit a club just to check it out. There's a different vibe when it's cold and rainy outside.
I've met a few dancers who are terrified to drive in the rain and won't go in if it's raining. lol. I know that our freeways are bad and people don't know how to drive here when it rains, but c'mon!

ppwh makes total sense. You know that in this case you really can't have your cake and eat it too as long as they both are on the same shift at the same club. They will each make your life miserable ITC (and OTC too).

In my network of clubs the best time to hit dayshift seems to between 2-3 pm. Gives you plenty of time with the dayshift since some of them start leaving at 5pm, tho shift change isn't until 7pm. I don't know why the managers let them get away with that.

I used to get ignored when I first started, but I learned pretty quickly how to play the game. Sometimes you gotta do the approaching, which I refused to do early on. Now I think it is often the best way to go. I have never had a bad experience when I am the one doing the asking, Yeah it kills a bit of the fantasy that many of us like where the dancer is the one pursuing us...but it's a small price to pay to get what you want instead of sitting there alone all night long.

As long as there is an ignore function here I don't think a moderator is really needed.
At least now when you ignore someone there is absolutely no sign of them here on the boards. Back in the olden days (a couple years ago) if you had someone on ignore their name would appear in blue sequentially in the thread where their post was. Thankfully our beloved Founder saw fit to get rid of that. All Hail Founder!
