I doubt this lawsuit will go anywhere. There is a a thing called a bonafide exception where someone can legally only hire a certain race or gender. Like only hiring female fashion models or hooters waitresses.
There are a few comments in this thread about how clubs need to hire more black girls. I don't think all club managers are racist personally they are just good at business. They know (the data backs this up) that most people are far less attracted to black women than other races. They just hire what will make money for the club as best they can.
We actually had a club in my local area with black owners who had a policy of hiring any race. It started as a mixed club but once black girls heard you could get hired there they all flocked there and they became the majority. Then customers the customers left. Eventually the club pivoted and just became a black urban club.

Yeah the taxi dancing Wikipedia article is really good here was an interesting quote:

The thing about sugaring is the market is way more like normal dating compared to other forms of sex work. Sure some of them mostly care about getting the highest PPM but I think most care way more about what you look like, personality, charisma, etc. You have to meet whatever bar of fuckability they have. That means it's pretty hard for us to make comparisons. I have gotten to know a few other SDs in my area and we have pretty wildly different experiences where some girls will ignore one guy but reply to another and vice versa.
If all you're getting is high ppm offers it's time to work on your profile, pics, hit the gym. Even just being cool and fun to talk to will get you pretty far. But past that I generally never talk PPM and have never had to really negotiate. I think some of you guys doing talking "services and rates" are maybe going about this a lot different way.

Someone on reddit used a bot to pull data from SA and made a list of every major and minor city and the ratio of SBs to SDs. Let me see if I can find it. SA has posted some of that info themselves but it isn't get comprehensive.

@desertscrub - I can confirm this is not a club ad. I checked this place out myself and it is pretty awesome. The only thing incorrect in this review is the song length is cut short to a below average 3 minutes.

I think the other points people have made are true. A waitress is more unattainable and wearing more clothing adds mystery and hides flaws. However I think there is also another aspect that the hotter a girl is the more options she has. She is more likely to get snatched up by a whale sugar daddy and not need to strip.

I haven't been to the club almost at all. I have heard a ton of girls moved from bucks cab to bucks wild. The last time I went was maybe 2 months ago. Girls on stage had to wear masks and some did sitting at tables but other than that it wasn't required. Since then the state level restrictions have been eliminated so I would expect less masks. I think there were temp checks.
One thing I did see when I was out is a ton of dancers have been traveling or moving to Texas so the club had WAY too many dancers. Lots of cubans.
I'll ping samiel who is from DFW and has been out more.

I know personally I moved on to sugar babies and don't plan on going back to clubs much. Too expensive, too much wasted time to get what I want.

I bet $120k was legit one month but not the actual running average.
There was a girl I was talking to locally about being a sugar baby who later went and started an onlyfans. OF girls can choose to show or hide their number of subscribers and she has 50 which equates to nearly $500 a month! I was quite surprised.
I think there are a lot more guys who are willing to subscribe than we might expect. Imagine being in high school and having the hottest girl in your class make an OF.

I am not going to get into the debate of the validity of non-binary. But I will say one thing that surprised me. When it comes to gen Z aged kids the amount of people who are trans or non-binary is 200 times higher than the general population. And specifically with genZ aged girls there has been a 4000% increase in the last few years of them requesting gender transition treatment (hormones, surgery, etc) from doctors.
It's interesting to me that this massive uptick isn't being talked about.

I have had good luck on benefits but you have to be SUPER selective about who you message. I generally would recommend signing up for both and then messaging girls on benefits super rarely when someone really stands out and is verified.
Also I have reported girls on benefits for being online only and the admins refunded my credits. So that is definitely nice!
