OT: Warriors assistant coach accepted a full-time head coaching contract with LA
Next year's Lakers' won/loss record will illustrate the difference between being a great coach and happening to be the coach of the best players. You'll see. Walton is no Steve Kerr. Furthermore, when Kerr loses all but his two best players and immediately competes and wins three (more) championships, you can mention him in the same sentence as Phil Jackson. Otherwise, they're just coaches of the best players in the league at a time during which the rules enforcement favor their style of play.

Jordan, by far. Denied at least a dozen amazing players rings. Every game his opponent knew they had to stop him and they couldn't. Threes. Dunks. Defense. Clutch. MJ has it all. #2 Larry Legend. Hate him, but respect him.

No contact, no fun. Without contact, I might as well stay home, save money, watch free online porn and rub one out.

    Wow
His final game a "fitting" tribute to a great player. One of most selfish great players in history. Benefited from playing in western conference not known for defense during an era when phrase "playoff foul" was replaced with "flagrant foul." His career records aided greatly by not playing in college and surviving 20 years in league (as opposed to 15 like many of the other greats to which he is compared. All-in-all -- sure thing HOF who should have won more championships, been in more finals and been more humble. Oh yeah -- not best Laker ever: 1. Kareem 2. Magic 3. Kobe 4. West

    Tells from the poker room
I agree with OP that check, call was the best play. You certainly wouldn't want to represent that the Ace in the flop helped your hand in any way. It was the only chance that the bully would make a stab at the pot -- a surely stupid move holding 7-2. Nice win.

Extras at a non-extras club: the discussion
I would have to agree regarding Admiral Theater Chicago -- giant waste of time often frequented by average- to above-average looking "Golden Pussy" dancers overcharging. I feel the same way about virtually all Las Vegas, Boston and San Francisco SCs. Will likely never go there again! I love my TUSCL -- rarely will I ever visit a new area again and blindly TOFTT. The availability of this information should result in the ruin of overcharging clubs that provide unattractive dancers or poor quality LM dance sessions. I suppose as long as there are uninformed noobie PLs with cash, there will be clubs in Vegas, in Boston and clubs like the Admiral in Chicago. There are some that believe that one will never go broke underestimating the ignorance of the American Male. Me -- I would rather think that the window of opportunity to fleece us PLs for crappy air dances is rapidly shrinking.

    Rudest. Stripper. Ever.
Fuck Las Vegas. I miss the good old days before the corporations came in and bought everyone out. Back in the day, they understood the value in keeping the gamblers happy. Las Vegas should be less Disney and more New Year Eve for us degenerate mongers and gamblers (not a place to bring the kids or the wife -- not a place for 21-year-old douchebags willing to blows $500 to sit around a topless pool and get bottle service -- dumbasses!)! I secretly hope Cuba emerges as Las Vegas circa 1970 with tits and ass and great, cheap food and fine entertainment with hot and cold running hookers.

    Kissing/Proper Etiquette for Kissing
I have to agree with @lopaw -- if you are going to be active in this lifestyle, you had better be able to compartmentalize your anxieties. Where she's been or with whom can't enter your mind. If you cannot do that, then you will have to be satisfied with watching and/or dry humping (not that there is anything wrong with that - to each his or her own).

    Is this really predatory?
Definitely not predatory. I agree with K that it could be construed as predatory if you caused her to have the need to accept your money. The fact that you happen to meet someone that happens to have a desire for cash from you that happens to be attractive to you at a time at which you happen to have the cash to share, the time to spend and the willingness and interest to do so is opportunistic for you both. If any of those aspects are missing, the deal doesn't get done.

    Lot Lizards
No, but I have been propped in the parking lots of several cheap, sleazy motels nearby airports over the years. First time I was just turning around changing direction and I got whistled down by a head poking out of a motel door. I waived her over, discussed particulars, but did not partake, suspecting meth-head and paranoid. Most recently, near Portland OR airport, I pulled into a motel parking lot to check my messages and map on my phone. I heard a tap on my window and the cutest twenty something was standing there. She had been sitting in a car with her "girlfriend". Eventually she agreed to come to MY hotel, which wasn't far, under the promise I would return her to her friend's car. Serendipitous! Since many SCs are in the shadow of airports around the country, I occasionally will made a slow circle through motel parking lots, just for the hell of it.

    A bad VIP (trip report)
IME, often times, prolonged eye contact is enough to signal my interest in being approached. At most, I approach confidently and simply say "hi". If she is not interested (whether a civi or a pro), she might say hi but will likely look away. After saying hi, make a little silence your friend. Don't move. IF she is interested, she will quickly fill the gap with some inane question (how u doing? or how's your night? or having fun?). If she responds with more than "hi", it is likely on. This works 7 times out of 10 in a hotel bar and 9 times out of 10 in a casino bar.

Reviewing the same club(s) over and over
I enjoy well written summaries of another PLs exploits, especially if augmented with dancers names, appearances, atttitudes or activities enjoyed therein. The more detail, the better. Even if the club layout/décor doesn't change, the dancers, the pricing and the game itself is never the exact same twice. For example, I never fail to read a review of anything in TJ -- almost always an entertaining , if not useful, read. To those that do so, thanks for allowing us to live vicariously through you.
