She's bright.
they are punishing her because she is a club owner, I doubt that just a dancer, would earn enough to justify a full blown prosecution like this one, there wouldn't be enough taxes owed and penalties to justify the cost of the prosecution.
They go after the club owners, or "former' club owners, not dancers. Here is another one in Illinois.
If she has to report it as income then the PL should be allowed to deduct it as an expense.
