@dtek, yes the free speech limits what the government can do, but the letter was pointing out that a sign with movement is not allowed when they are visible from a highway. Years ago a dancer commented " As the money goes down the drama goes up". An upside down dancer to PL ratio leads to desperation and drama. I've had only 3 OTC experiences, none worth repeating. All were from the 1st time meeting her(them) at the club. Two I asked them 1st, 1 suggested it. The owners want things both ways. IC for their benefit as far as taxes, etc. but treat them like employees in regards to schedules, rules etc.
The dancers need to realize that as far as earning $ is concerned they are IC. That makes them business owners, not employees. Therefore they need to think differently. They need to think about where their money comes from and how to maximize it. They need to know business basics including marketing and knowing what business they are in.
