I've has the same experience at Expose: I'm there on a Sunday afternoon (or whenever) when dances are supposed to cost $10 but some dancers with GPS want $20. It doesn't bother me in principle, since they're independent contractors and can set their own prices, but I make sure always to ask before I get dances.
Truthfully, lap dance quality sometimes varies so wildly that the best dancers *should* be able to demand a higher price . . . or baby strippers should settle for a "training rate" while they're learning the ropes.

I've been to Club 390 at least a couple dozen times over the years, mostly on weekday afternoons and sometimes late on Friday night. My impression is that extras are somewhat easier to obtain during $20 nude lap dances on weekday afternoons than they were a few years ago. In two visits last year, I wore a condom during nude lappers and got a HJ one time and a BJ the other and tipped the cost of one dance, so let's say at total of $100 instead of $80 for four nude lap dances with happy ending -- and not even my usual lapgasm kind! Personally, since I can get *very* private VIPs at multiple clubs in Washington Park and the Peoria area (Elliott's and Fluffers) for $150 plus maybe $50 tip for 15-30 minutes, I wouldn't even consider a champagne room at 390.

I'm not a sex addict per se, but I'm pretty sure I'm a strip club + OTC addict. For years I hit strip clubs at least twice a week; this year I've had 7 OTC dates with 4 different strippers. As a matter of fact, the week before last I had one stripper spend the night (9pm to 9am) with me in my hotel room. Then I shooed her off at 9, slept another hour (because we didn't actually sleep that much), cleaned up, met the other at 11am for lunch, and by noon we were 69ing in that same hotel room.

Following up on what Papi_Chulo said, I used to hit the clubs twice a week just for lapgasms. Then I discovered extras in 2013 and OTC at the end of 2015 and started using my club visits to scout out OTC prospects (while waiting, in general, for them to ask me). It has reached the point that in the first month of this year I've gone to a strip club exactly *once* (and had a lapgasm) but have had six OTC dates with four different strippers. Two were for dinner only -- getting-to-know-you sessions at no cost beyond dinner -- but the other four resulted in BBBJs in a hotel room.
I'm certain that you can find an attractive stripper who would like to enhance her income from the club by meeting you weekly in a hotel room for a lapgasm, HJ, or BJ. I can't really advise you on how to set that up -- they always suggest OTC to me! Next week I'm meeting an old favorite for dinner (for the second time) and then in my room for what she calls a "private party". I like her so much that I'm not even prenegotiating any particular services and am willing to just go with the flow and see what happens. I've occasionally paid $30 (the most I've evee been quoted) for nude lappers at 3 South Chicago clubs: Club 390, Club O, and Jimmy's. Also, on rare occasions at Club Rio in Indy I've done $30 lap dances that sometimes end with HJ or even BJ. Otherwise I refuse to pay more than $20 per dance.

At most of the strip clubs that I have ever visited, let's say all but five or six out of 80+, fondling the funbags is common so I usually do it without asking, cautiously at first and sometimes not until the second dance. Unfortunately one of my two regular clubs, the Silver Bullet in Urbana, officially doesn't allow titty touching (though some girls discreetly allow it), However, I've found over the years that the lap dances there have compensating advantages.

I agree with 25 (!) that if she blames gawker for her plight, she is not yet ready to get well.
I also agree that loving a stripper is hard. I fell in love with my ATF in 2016 and am still not over her. As she herself says about the succession of "druggies and thuggies" that she falls for:

I'm glad I do some of my clubbing in the south suburbs of Chicago -- e.g. Club 390 and Club O -- where nudity (both on stage and in lap dances) and alcohol mix.
DrunkPretorian: If you think "conversate" is a word, you spend too much time with strippers! :) Also, if you "need a few drinks to loosen up", you just might be an alcoholic.

At one of my regular clubs, I *always* sit at the stage, drink two Bud Lights, and buy lots of lap dances. Essentially every minute that I'm there, I'm either sitting with a dancer or getting lappers.
At my other regular club, I almost always sit at the same table, spend all afternoon with one or two dancers, drink 2-3 beers (whatever the special is that day, otherwise Corona if there's no special), and do at least one and sometimes two 30-minute VIPs. Almost every minute is spent either sitting with a dancer (often with lots of under-the-table touchy-feely in both directions) or doing something quasi-sexual with her in the VIP room. This is my less alcoholic version of "partying Subraman-style" :)

I'm astounded that Alucard, who has been physically dead for years, and SJG, who has been socially dead his entire life, are in the Top 40. I'm relatively gentlemanly and not too handsy with new dancers, so strippers often introduce me their less experienced friends and waitresses often steer baby strippers in my direction. As some of you might imagine, this kind of question is right up my alley -- I've been keeping statistics on this sort of thing since 1994!
During 2017 I experienced 71 SCOREs (Stripper-Caused Orgasmic Release Events), consisting of 46 BJs, 4 HJs, 1 TF, and 20 lapgasms. These were provided by 33 different strippers at 14 strip clubs or hotel rooms in 4 states (MI, IN, IL, and TX) and include 13 BJs on OTC dates with 3 different strippers.
All of these numbers are down from recent years, when I've tended to have 90+ SCOREs from around 50 strippers at about 20 clubs. However, OTC numbers are up from 8 in 2016 and only 1 (my first ever!) in 2015.
2018 is starting a little slow, with only one OTC BJ and one ITC lapgasm in the first three weeks of the year. However, I now have 3 OTC girls in regular rotation (I think!) and hope to see each of the three OTC twice in the next six weeks. I have definitely been transitioning from ITC lapgasms to OTC BJs in the last two years.
