Girls have the upper hand in social skills so for the drinks, that's a rule of thumb for beginners to avoid being taken advantage. Though at some point, buying drinks is part of the learning process. They'd also rather have you spend the money on pricey training programs. But like fapping, porn, etc, p4p doesn't help with the skills they want to develop so some will say avoid altogether. But others will agree that everything in moderation after a while.
