VIP charges? Wha' dat? In my Toronto hunting grounds most clubs have NO VIP fees. Now, these VIPs are crude, wide open public affairs but the mileage is off the charts. My favourite club does have a fee of $20 for each VIP trip but again, off the chart mileage. In clubs in Alberta and British Columbia the dances are so tame that no club would even dare to try to charge this fee.

Probably too far for a weekend but I had a great time at a chi-chi resort in Hawaii at New Years. Not cheap, however.

Damn dog! Not the best weekend for me. I put Hawaii Girl on the plane back to Toronto yesterday. Rancho farmerart's wine cellar soothed Hawaii Girl's feelings a bit. Turns out she likes Bordeaux; I sent her back to Toronto with a couple of bottles of the so-so stuff. No way she is getting near any of the Petrus or Latour '45.

Gotta disagree with you about #3, steve. The girls that do it for me on that list are Pippa Middleton and Charlize Theron. Never saw a photo of Charlize before; she is smokin'!! And Pippa has those 'fuck me' dimples and that spectacular ass!

Anybody ever hear Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells in a SC? There are some pretty nasty guitar riffs in the piece that I have always found to be over-the-top sexy.

Agreed that the original review certainly seemed to approach the realm of fantasy but who really knows? I once had an experience ITC that I thought could happen only in my juvenile fantasies. I didn't dare to include that fantastic experience in my review of that club but I did write the story in our old 'blog' section (where my 'fiction' writing garnered many compliments). If I had put the story in the review I am sure shadowcat would have been all over it like stink on shit.
I was so taken with that dancer that I spent a week with her in Hawaii at New Years (where the fantasy pretty much continued for the entire week).

For me, traveling is the way to go. tuscl gives me the info which clubs are most worthy for a traveling horndog and my bankroll can usually overcome any dancer hesitance to provide for a stranger.
Now, if Alberta clubs were high mileage like Detroit and Toronto clubs I would have regulars all over this province. OTC can be arranged in Alberta clubs but it is bloody hard tedious work and effing expensive at the end of the night.

It doesn't matter what I may spend inside the club, the effing valet fee will always annoy me; so much so that I now turn away from a club whenever the valet approaches me. The last club visit for me that involved a valet fee was at Subi's in Southgate. That was a stunning visit in terms of satisfaction with the dancer's efforts but I will always be pissed with the $4 valet fee that I paid. I have not a single regret over the many hundreds of dollars that I spent on the spectacular dancer that I encountered that night.
I can't rationally explain this psychological block in my mind about valet fees but it exists and it won't go away. No human is 100% rational 100% of the time.

You guys should see what the good ol' boys wear when they visit the Rig Pig in Nisku. Granted, no lap dances are offered by the girls in this club but you will see some of the most foul, greasiest, muddiest work gear on the club's clientele that you could ever imagine.
I have never visited a club anywhere else in North America that tolerates this kind of customer attire; but then, for me, that is a large part of the Rig Pig's appeal.
These are 'my' boys.

I have some sympathy with the position of the OP and looneylarry. My businesses are white hot at the moment so my time for clubbing is now very meagre. Even so, when I am traveling I am now much more likely to seek out a new restaurant or a blues club for entertainment rather than a new or old favourite SC.
I am a bit jaded at the moment but I am bringing my Toronto favourite out to Rancho farmerart for the coming long weekend so perhaps she can rekindle my 'enthusiasm' for the delights of SCs.

Apart from Marlon Brando, you dropped the only celebrity name that I recognized - Larry Fine. Brought back memories of occasional Saturday afternoons at the movies when my old man took me to town with him.
That was a serious adventure for a young farm kid in the early 50s. It didn't matter what the feature presentation would be; I always preferred the Three Stooges shorts that preceded the feature.

With all my driving around Alberta I listen to gobs of sport talk radio. One Alberta club advertises regularly on that radio format - my old favourite, the Rig Pig.

My time with escorts and massage parlour girls was mostly before I came into the big money; when I was still squeezing pennies from stones. I truly don't remember ever being disappointed. Certainly never with a massage parlour girl in Alberta or British Columbia. Perhaps with an escort but I can't dredge such a memory from my brain.
Different story now that I am into the stripper-OTC game. Many, many disappointments, probably because I am a traveler not a one club denizen. The big bucks are not always a guarantee.

Once at the Rig Pig in Nisku I saw a girl on stage in hard hat, safety boots, and blue and yellow safety overalls. She was attempting to play to her audience; there were probably 20 guys in the club in similar attire.
Poor girl didn't realize that her costume was exactly what guys come into that club to forget.

Escorts and massage parlour girls are 100% reliable. Strippers not.
When I was younger the mechanical sex from escorts and massage parlour girls was good enough for me. Discovering SCs during my brief retirement introduced me to the drama of pursuing strippers.
Now, I love the pursuit of strippers; the forbidden nature of ITC sex; the exciting but fleeting nature of relationships with strippers. All good for me.

My experience suggests mid-month and end-of-the-month paydays are the best days for bringing out the club's beauties. When one of those days falls on a Friday......!!!!
I was once in one of the high mileage scuzzy Toronto clubs when all those stars aligned. The sights in the club's wide open VIP were worthy of one of Hieronymus Bosch's surreal paintings.

I tried to add a club last autumn. The club never made it to tuscl's list. I just assumed that was because I didn't have the full particulars of the club (hours, address, tel #, etc.) I didn't pursue the matter because it is unlikely I will ever be back in that particular town and the club itself was useless.
tuscl's data base is not suffering by not having another lame club from small town Alberta.

My companies don't offer the sort of jobs that strippers would want but I would certainly have no objection to hiring a stripper.
I have had my share of sketchy male employees over my oil patch career. The scariest employee I ever hired was an ex-SAS commando for one of my contracts in Saudi Arabia. He was frightfully physically fit and competent in four skilled trades; spoke fluent Arabic; carried the most vicious knife I have ever seen. He was also a psycho which must have been the reason he was kicked out of the SAS. He just walked away in the desert one night and I never saw him again. I still owe him a month's wages from 30 years ago.
