Well if practice makes perfect, then escorts may be better in a VERY general sense.

All else being equal you'd expect the pro to be better. For strippers it's more of a sideline. But the emotional component is obviously important, and the escort might have more of a professional detachment. I've never used an escort so have no basis for comparison.
