When I used to frequent the Hip Hugger in Kokomo Indiana back in 2005/2006 the girls used to play that Pussy Cat Dolls song "Don't Cha wish your girlfriend was hot like me" to death. The dancers pick their own songs from a jukebox and I swear you would hear that song 5 to 6 times per night
Saturday I arrived at Follies 10 minutes before it officially opended. It was 25 minutes before the first dancer appeared on stage, During that 25 minutes the DJ played all Frank Sinatra. I loved it. :))

Just something funny I have to say about "Girls, Girls, Girls": I was in high school (or perhaps junior high) when that song came out. In high school speech class, we had to do an audiovisual presentation for an assignment and one of the girls in my class played that song for her speech, calling it a "feminist anthem". I distinctly remember my teacher, who probably was a closet feminist even though she had kids (one of whom was the big basketball star), cringing when the girl said that. Speech class marked the only class I ever had with one of my friends, who as it ended up moved to Lawrence, Kansas, which as fate has it put him as the closest person to me geographically from my class. One time I went down there to visit him and we went to the Flamingo Club, which used to be better than it is now. Suddenly, that song comes on and my friend decides to disrupt my lapdance by telling the dancer what a nice feminist anthem it was. I don't know who was laughing harder, me or the dancer. Who knows, maybe the dancer was a closet feminist.
Prince's "Cream" ranks squarely on the top of my SC song list - http://vodpod.com/watch/192236…. This is an extended video; the song actually starts at the two-minute mark, but the intro is cool, too.
Anybody ever hear Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells in a SC? There are some pretty nasty guitar riffs in the piece that I have always found to be over-the-top sexy.
It would be great for a lap dance - almost 26 min.
Farmerart - Yes, Tubular Bells rocks. The best part is actually at the Tubular Bells section where the tension builds with additions of Mandolin, Piano, Guitar, etc., and then culminating with Tubular Bells (Chimes). Sort of like an orgasm unto itself just listening to it.
AS far as pace and length goes, how about Freebird by Lynyrd Skynyrd? I would think that a girl could slowly build up to a great climax. Too long for a strip club, but at least I can dream.
I cannot hear Bob Seger's "Love to Watch Her Strut" without flashing back to my first strip club experiences in the early 1980s. Way back when, I made a mix tape once for a dancer that had Styx's "Ballerina" (from the Crystal Ball album) on it. She brought down the house with it. If you like hard rock, Scorpions' "The Zoo" and Marilyn Manson's "Beautiful People" also kick ass on stage. I recently got a nice long lap dance to Golden Earring's "Radar Love."

As for a good song for a lapper, how about the unexpurgated version of "In-a-Gadda-da-Vida?"
At about the same song length is the sexiest instrumental ever: "Bolero."
