Your bigger risk would be if they have done something stupid like store stuff in the exit hallway or locked emergency exits to keep people from letting in friends through the back.
Those are the things that really result in tragedies.

I am guessing that the girls are afraid of being too blatant. I haven't heard of any COI prostitution stings but maybe there have been. But it sounds like you are getting some offers of lesser extras, so do this. Get an offer for a HJ or BJ. If it is a HJ for $X then double it, If it is a BJ for $Y then multiply by one and a half $Y. Then say "I'm willing to go to $Z, how far are you willing to go" Some will say, others will just take your hand to the VIP room, but you've made the deal.

A big difference might be jurisdiction. A club might say that it is located in a city but it might be in an unincorporated county area, which may have either looser rules or less diligence from their law enforcement on sexual laws. So for example none of the clubs listed for Colorado Springs is in fact inside the city limits.

In areas where extras and OTC are common I am not surprised that escorts and strippers do both roles. In areas where extras and OTC are uncommon then there is certainly less overlap

I agree that a dancer with a driver is actually an outcall escort who doubles as a dancer. It is peculiar if they come to your door though. The usual routine is that the driver brings the escort to the location, the escort phones or texts the driver if all is OK, and if the escort does not text the driver again in a specified period or leaves without texting the driver they know something is wrong.
It really isn't that different than the precautions people suggest when doing online dating with a new person.

We tried the rain holy hell on them approach in Iraq and Afghanistan. Didn't really turn out all that well, did it? Meanwhile in Libya the government has allowed in a team of FBI investigators, has arrested dozens, and the citizens themselves protested against the radicals and overran their base.

I've yet to find a club that wasn't already listed in tuscl, but what I have found are clubs listed here that have closed or moved.
Although it may not be as exciting as finding new clubs a real service to the site would be to drive by a bunch of low-rated clubs that have not had any reviews in a few months and see if they still exist!

Easy money is the easy answer, but there are other forms of similar easy money...call girl, drug dealer, etc. I think the more unique thing for the club dancers specifically is the attention.

In California at least dancers are required to be employees so at a minimum their base salary and official commissions are reported and taxed. If they also declare their tip income is anybody's guess
