I always wear a coat, button down shirt, soft pants and dress shoes no matter what US club I am in. TJ, I try to keep it a low key so no jacket and shoes you can walk in.
I have been getting excellent service at most clubs, but occasionally I get completely ignored due me being the new strange wearing the funny clothes. No issues in Detroit, but Florida and Montana clubs some times require me to work to get dances. Also I rarely get offered phone numbers but I am only a regular at PHC in Detroit.

From my Thursday day visit, no those girls were not working there. The girls were actually prettier than the girls on the web page. A Thursday visit compared to my Saturday visits where like I went to different clubs. Next time I will go on a Friday, but Thursday the 22nd talent level was just shy of a Mons Venus Friday.

I don't visit my local strip clubs so I guess all my visits are strip club vacations. I would not recommend a whole week as lap dick can set in in as little as one club visit. Three days was too much for me.
I would recommend Detroit for the largest number of high mileage strip clubs. Juicebox69 you might want to wait for summer. I am going tomorrow just in case the world ends in 2012.
I have done TJ twice and it is tough to spend a lot of time in a TJ club with all the hassling that goes on from the trinket guys to the waiters. San Diego is a fun place to visit. Must have a passport.
I think everyone should go to Mons Venus at least once. I have been there twice and will go again. So many beautiful women giving totally nude full two way contact lap dances. I have only been to three Tampa clubs and IRC in Cocoa Beach. You need to have a taste for Lipstixx.

Farmerart, I don't remember earning the silver, but I guarantee I already have the PL bronze and just never posted it.
The post is for everyone's entertainment and as a lesson on what can go wrong if you just let any problem escalate. I see no one giving any advice on what I should have done so I will give my own.
1. Never do two girl dances with girls you don't already know.
2. The price you go into the room with is the price you pay. No tits, hands or butts about it.
3. The toughest one, when you get in over your head ask for help. Settle you disagreement in front of the bouncer and force the girls to explain there side of the story.
There is a girl in a club capable of messing with you. For me, these two were the perfect storm. Please try to spot her before she spots you.
Superdude, feel free to reach out to me. I should be back in Detroit in December, which is the real PL part of the story.

I disagree that ratings don't matter. There are so many clubs and cities to go to you have to start somewhere. I started by working the top ten list. Dream Girls in Minneapolis appears to be the one pushing most clubs down a spot and probably doesn't deserve to be in the top 100.
I would go to Dream Girls to check it out, but I need to save every penny for my next Detroit trip.

Try wearing a nice blue sport coat, button down shirt, nice pair of cotton/micro fiber dress pants and a good pair of dress socks and shoes. Girls never ask for my phone number so it must work pretty good.

No steel dick awards for me. First two clubs were totally nude lap dances with two way contact so grinding was not too intense. The last club the grinding picked up a bit and three nights in row was a bit much for me. In my experience the girls will only grind so hard with no panties on even with my micro fiber dress pants.
A girl at Mons I had gotten dances with before told me that actually the thinner your pants are the more the grinding hurts her. She was o.k. but not impressed with my pants.
I had to use a backup pair of pants on Saturday. I had a great set of dances with a girl at Scarlet's who ended up fouling a good pair the could not be reused.

I use this mileage rating in my reviews that Farmerart created. The clubs with the most fun don't get enough credit but it can help show you were most fun is for the least amount of money.

Misha, day shift at the Penthouse club in Detroit. Uncertain about number 1 but covers 2-4 if she is in anyway into you. I have met other great girls but to date only one girl that had everything. I will go back to Detroit in November to have my little PL heart broken.

I am at 9% with 5 of the top ten. There is one club where I live in the top 100. The next closest top 100 club is in either Indy or St Louis.
I have been using the top ten list as my guide to find out what the rest of North America has to offer. Still so many places to go.

I was at the Penthouse club last night (10/1). zef, golf and stevie are all just making stuff up; but aren't we all.
The tipping offence was a was good. I did tip a few of dancers on stage while two Detroit police officers were eating dinner across from me. They did not seem to mind.
I believe that kind of community relations work can be tough on any police department.

I'm not sure the penthouse club got raided. I didn't find any news stories on the penthouse club beside the lawsuit with the city and Steviedoesit has exactly one post. The one we are reading.
Looks like Steviedoesn't like the penthouse club. Or maybe competes with the penthouse club?

Just visited TJ a couple of weeks ago and everything was fine. I only take the yellow cabs. I visited three clubs, Hong Kong, Adelita and Amnesia. I thought Hong Kong was the best but I don't know when I will go back. After my second visit to TJ, Detroit and Florida are better options for me.

Williston is not the center of anything. It is about 100 north of interstate 94 in the north west corner of the state and 500 miles from a decent airport.
I do believe they have oil there.
Sorry to hear that in the middle of nowhere you can still get beaten and robbed.

Just got back from TJ on Saturday. Most surprising ITC experience?
I got milk squirted on me during a lap dance from a new mother. She spoke absolutely no English. I speak very little Spanish. We both laughed it off and I did not try to taste it. She did have great natural breasts. Maybe I did too much groping of the breasts.
Always something new in TJ.

I did not think that was possible in the upper Midwest(Wisconsin/Minnesota/Iowa/North South Dakota). I have taken 6+ hours to spend $1,500 at a Minneapolis club with multiple VIP visits. I just can't image what they could have done to you to get that money. You certainly made their night.

15 with one dancer and 45 dancers in one night. To me, two way contact $10 dancers encourage repeat business with the same dancer and $20+ dancers lead to more sampling.
I don't turn down very many $10 dollar lap dance offers.

domiandray has it right. I did zero planning because I did not believe Detroit could be this easy. I have never negotiated for a dance/extra fun because it hasn't been available to me. In Minnesota, Montana, TJ, Indy and Central Florida I did no price negotiation. The dancer/entertainer offered me a price for a dance and I took that price. I think it is called no haggle pricing.
Now I go to Detroit and find I can look at some pretty awesome rides, but there are no prices. So instead of deciding which rides I wanted, I took a whole bunch of test drives. Most rides didn't work for me but I had a lot of fun and I didn't have to make a big commitment and get stuck with a ride I didn't like.
Next time I will have my price sheet from this trip along with a better idea of what kind of ride I am looking for.
As for the batting average Detroit is tee ball not baseball. Almost all of the misses you are calculating are because I didn't swing. Some didn't play ball and that is fine. Remember, most of the time it costs more to put the ball on the tee.

Neither Realist or Rod have a review at either HK or Adelitas but they are not incorrect. Adelitas is a bar with a hotel above it, zero chance for a lap dance. Hong Kong is more like a strip club than Adelitas but not much more. When I was at HK I could not get a lap dance sitting down, but for the cost of a drink I got a lap dance at the bar while standing. Only got the stand up lap dance to get me up stairs.
Amnesia is a strip club with real lap dances but is no cheaper than a US club. I had my best lap dance ever there. $80 for two nude girls and I could have had a happy ending with my pants still on. I would not normally recommend Amnesia but this might be a good club for you. Extra's are still available for additional cost.
I speak almost no Spanish and I had no problem in TJ. That said it is probably E St Louis/Detroit/DC tough and should be treated that way.
Tusclman, I see you have been to Houston and many other great club area. I went to TJ as my first top ten club visit and was not disappointed and TJ held up pretty well in my personal top ten list.

No need for a Taxi, just take the commuter rail right to the border. My advice would be to at least leave during daylight hours. Take the train to the border. Walk across the border right to the yellow cab stand. For $5 + $1 tip they will take you where you want to go. Go where you want to go not where than cab driver wants to go.
There is no need to know Spanish but it doesn't hurt. If you are very worried about STD's you shouldn't go to strip clubs looking for extras. My experience in Mexico is that a number of female entertainers in Mexico are more worried about getting an STD than you are.
