I can't compare Minneapolis to Houston or the other Texas clubs you have visited, but from the other places I have been Minneapolis is a little more expensive and a lot less fun.
From the lack of comments you may have deduced there weren't going to be good recommendations.
$10 dances at King of Diamonds with totally nude stage dances and alcohol.
The rest of the clubs are $20 dances and two for ones.
Seville and Schieks are o.k. and have alcohol but no real trip rail and the dances are mostly table side.
Sinners and The Choice offer better couch dances but no alcohol. VIP rooms - Expensive and this is not Florida or TJ.

I have a net10 phone. $.10 per minute and the lowest cost per month I have found ($15). Mine runs on the AT&T network. Customer service is not very good.

To me anything over 12 hours by car should be an airline flight. If you are in the US there should be a good strip club location closer to you than a 28 hour car trip. I flew to San Diego last October at my first strip club road trip. I will be returning to San Diego/TJ but from the reviews there a quite a few locations around the country you can also visit that are a lot of fun and might be closer. I have been to:
Tijuana
Indianapolis/Kokomo
Tampa/Cocoa Beach
A few of the places that I have left are:
Detroit
Houston
LA City of Industry
San Francisco
Miami - South Florida
Toronto
East St Louis

I met her at the Hip Hugger back in November. No privacy at the Hugger and it was a very busy night so I got some good quality dances but no hint of extras. She did mention that the Penthouse Club was the best place in Detroit and then gave me her business card.
I would not go to a club just to see her but I would not say no to some lap dances. Though for $10 a piece I did not say no to any girls at the Hip Hugger.

I think Shadowcat and the other people who live in great strip club areas are lucky. From my perspective the grass is always greener. At every other strip club mecca I have visited so far, TJ, Indy, Tampa and Cocoa Beach were all better than Minnesota and without those trips I would not have known how good it can be.
Shadowcat, I did not see a review from you on Mons Venus. For me Mons Venus gave new perspective on how good a strip club could be.

Not my club. Thanks for supporting your club until I get a chance to visit. After TJ, Indy, and central Florida, Minneapolis just doesn't cut it anymore.

Just to echo potheadpl, you should go to Mons Venus. You will be surprised at how small the club is but the talent and lap dances are the best combo I have ever seen.
Lipstixx is a short distance but miles away from the talent at Mons Venus, but in my experience they do have a very special VIP room.
I did a similar trip in February hitting Mons Venus, Lipstixx and Inner Room Cabaret. I would recommend Mons and IRC.

In Minneapolis, Minnesota you might try the Seville, Ricks Cabaret or Sheiks. Both serve alcohol so are topless only clubs. I wouldn't come to Minneapolis to go to a strip club, but if you are here, you could go out with a client at either of these clubs.

Not one person chimed in about Tijuana. In Tijuana, all the bartenders and waiters are men. This prevents any confusion.
If you are a woman in the club, you are a stripper.

There is a Kara Mynor/Shawna Lenee look a like at Sinner's in Minneapolis, MN.
There was a Sophie Dee look a like at King of Diamonds in Inver Grove Heights,MN who might also be working in Arizona.
Met a real ballet dancer in Montana who was quite the stripper along with any girl who claimed to be a childhood gymnast.

In Minneapolis topless clubs serve alcohol and nude clubs are juice bars. In general there is only one way contact and couch dances are only done topless. A couple of clubs have semi private VIP rooms but not of these areas real compares to Tampa, Cocoa Beach, Indianapolis or especially TJ.

georgmicrodong, Mons Venus does allow two way contact and the lap dances are done totally nude with grinding. That why I gave Mons Venus the 10's across the board. Mons Venus has everything but the alcohol and VIP area.
I have not visited enough clubs to call Mons Venus the best club every but right now it is my number one and I have been to every one of the current top five on the Tuscl 100.

I have been doing destination visits lately so I am trying to take it all in. Usually at the club 3-4 hours but if it tough to get dances from the pretty girls I will stay till close (6+ hours) and walk out with money in my pocket.
Shadowcat, how many do thank you's do you have to give out in a 13 hour club visit?

Not all strip clubs have private contractor dancers. I was told by a dancer that BBF in Indy treats there dancers as employees who make an hourly wage plus tips/dances.
A dancer told me that Hip Hugger has private contractor dancers without a stage fee.
Both in Indiana near Indy have great cheap dances($12/$10) using different business models.
I would take BBF over HH and IRC in Florida over both of these.

Little over 2k for the whole adventure if you count airfare, hotel, car, food and the clubs. One stripper was my decision as I turned down the OTC offers from some crazy dancers and a dance from the girl who ended up fucking the guy next to me. My dancer laughed when I mentioned I turned her down for a dance. As for value, I am still smiling today.
Dougster - If I want just one stripper it is $16 + $22 + $200 = $238.
Basketball – Tampa at Mons Venus and Lipstixx and Inner Room in Cocoa Beach
I think Reggie might have gone OTC as he did not stay long.

Ironically, I just got back from Tampa where I hit Mons Venus, Lipstixx and the next day Inner Room. I highly recommend Mons Venus even though Friday 2/11 was a down night. I have got a bunch of reviews to write and I will try a discussion post of my trip to central Florida.

I have been to clubs one through four in the last year, almost in that order. And the value in TJ is purely based on vip/upstairs hotel rooms. I think $10 two way contact lap dance clubs is the way to go for high value (10 rating). Along with BBF and Hip Hugger, the Inner Room Cabaret is also supposed to have $10 lap dances. I plan on verifying that in February.
There are additional costs in traveling to TJ that aren’t included in the reviews such as cab fare that may reduce the TJ value. Flights to San Diego for me are around $500 now.
If TJ had $10 two way contact lap dances, Mexico might be richer than the US. I will have to ask the next time I am in TJ.

Earthquake365, I don't want to downplay security concerns because I think it is better to be cautious and informed than to be caught off guard and get into trouble. I was in TJ last September for the first time and everything went great even though I speak almost no Spanish. All the people I met were very friendly.
My two pieces of advice are to take the train to the border on the $5 day pass and bring more money than you were originally planning. It is Mexico, so the ATM machines only dish out Peso's.

I have been using the top 10 to find locations for mini vacations which have worked out well so far. Without the top 100 list or this site for that matter I would not have visited Tijuana or Indy.
Currently planning my next trip with the increased volatility of the top ten will require further research on my next destination.

Amazingly no. I speak zero Spanish and had a really good time. All of the cab drivers speak English and most of the waiters speak English. Some girls speak very good English, but you will be limiting your selection if you stick to the English speaking ones.
I learned a few things that I would use on my next trip.
1. Carry more money that you expect to spend because the ATM’s are in Pesos and conversion rates are hard to do with people looking at you.
2. I bought too many girls drinks and still had trouble finding the right girl. Just walk around the bar groping girls and giving out $1 tips till you find one that gropes back.
3. Do your research and go where you want to go. Cab drives get paid in TJ just like Vegas. If they take you to the wrong spot be firm and tell them where you want to go. Yellow cabs only.
