I thought about that GeorgeMD but after thinking about it, I'd hate to see the "review" go away. It says a lot about the place and the 62 reviews that came before it, don't you think. (btw, I've dropped $200-300+ a visit there, giving it plenty of fair chances...and fair reviews)

Should bars and clubs be finanically responsible for drunk Patrons?
Dram Shop Laws, these laws that impose liability on bars, are intended to protect the general public from the hazards of serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated patrons. Holding the server of alcohol (bartender/bar owner/party host) responsible for any damages inflicted on a third party by anyone to whom they serve alcohol is a pretty persuasive incentive to serve responsibly. New York courts interpret this law strictly. In a decision about 10 years ago from NY's top court, four bars were held equally liable to pay a multi-million dollar fine for the actions of a patron who ended up driving while intoxicated and killing someone in a car accident, despite the fact that the patron only had one drink in each of the first three bars before drinking very heavily in the fourth. The majority of states allow for recovery when the defendant knew (or should have known) the customer was intoxicated. Some states have attempted to address this problem through more exacting tests. Missouri's recently revised dram shop law requires proof that the party demonstrates "significantly uncoordinated physical action or significant physical dysfunction." In Texas, a patron must be so obviously intoxicated that he presents a clear danger to himself and others. I believe that mean he must actually be having intercourse with a cow that looks like an immediate relative.

Nope, nice suit pants if working (hate to mess those up though), otherwise nylon hiking pants and super comfy Terramar Body-Sensors Ventilator Mesh Underwear. Ladies appreciate the attention to detail. Hear them cursing about jeans and cargo pants all the time.

Biggest suprise club
Funny you should mention Partners Tavern, besides Electric Blue in Connecticut, Partners was my biggest pleasant surprise (and close to one of my bigger disappointments). Partners has the wonderful mileage you mentioned and the BYOB atmosphere (saw more than one guy wheel in a cooler of beers the one night I was there). But Partners also is the smokeist, god-awful-embed-itself-in-your-DNA stench holes I've ever been in. Just about 20 or so minutes away was a big disappointment- Kandy's Gentlemen's Club. The place was like strip club Disneyland- byob bar, 5 different VIP rooms, a cop car where you can get handcuffed in the back and get a dance, huge main floor. The disappointment were the girls. On a Thursday night there were only about 6 or , all cookie cutter early-mid 20's toothpicks, more interested in talking with each other than dancing. Thank god Partners saved that night. So I had to burn my clothes afterwards. Big deal.

Tijuana Hotels
devl_dawgg, you're going to get a mess of comments of like the one above from the xenophobes here (no offense, Alucard ;) but blood does not run through the streets of TJ. I've been looking at those hotels and I recommend reading the reviews on tripadvisor.com (It's like tuscl but for hotels instead of strip clubs :)

Tijuana- any words of wisdom from tuscl's elder statemen?
Thanks for the comments. I have traveled around four continents in some rough and off-the-beaten-path places, so TJ doesn't intimidate me (been there once already and the scariest thing about it was driving in a six-land traffic circle!). My interest is because there seems to be nothing like these places in the US. If all I wanted was some poontang, I can get it a lot closer. It's the flavor of the experience (and thanks for the stats, Motorhead)

Vegas-Rhino-Daytime: ever been?
Well, I'll post a little report, as if anyone could care: Got the Rhino limo at the Mirage (not where I was staying) about 2:30pm, first time I ever used it (I usually have a car). Easy peasy, scooted in the back way after a wanding, and threw the driver a sawbuck. The talent was good inside: probably about 30-40 girls on and about 15-20 guys in the place. Drinks for $3.30 until 8pm. Easy to be a sport with buying drinks. I must have had 8-10 VTs before leaving at 10pm (much later than I thought I would be there). I was surprised at how much contact I got (and was encouraged to take) on the floor. Contact in VIP was as variable as always, but I have to say the last time I was back there, after 9pm, between the bouncer checking on people and the cocktail waitress taking orders, it was hard to get a boob in edgewise.

Think I'm going to stick with the rhino, I'm just in the mood for high candy. I used to go to the OG, but the last time I went in there in the daytime it was a nightmare

This review raises a few questions in my mind.
Clearly someone with an ax to grind, Shadow. I spent some time for business near Albany, NY and there is a club that is out in the woods in a converted house that has a list reviews by "1 review" members, who inevitably say the same thing ("use your GPS" "the manager is a great guy" "The girls are so much better than those at ...") Shills or someone with a grudge, anyone with anytime on tuscl can see these planted reviews for what they are. Too bad the founder doesn't do much about them....

New York City
Las Vegas next week.
Was there recently and will offer my recommendations: 1. Rhino for an afternoon visit. Can get the kind of attention you'll never get there at night. The VIP/private dance area offers some privacy in the afternoons. The hustle factor is high here- steer clear of a little black spinner ROB "Tinkerbell". There is a blonde with a lot of ink- goes by Hunter and something else I forget- who is a treat. 2. Treasures is more civilized for a nighttime stop. Watch out for a ROB duo of Rosie and Torie (A stacked blonde and her brunette wing-gal). There is a brunette goes by the name of Dulce (or something like that), from Zimbabwe, whose got a voice and set of eyes that can almost keep your eyes off her magnificent rack.

(Off Topic) ACORN Playing Behind Scenes Role in 'Occupy' Movement
Dudester- take a lesson in news literacy. This "news article" is a piece of unattributed propaganda. "Sources say" constitute the guy at the desk in the news room next to the "reporter" 1st Paragraph- sources say 4th I need this whole one "Sources said NYCC has hired about 100 former ACORN-affiliated staff members from other cities - paying some of them $100 a day - to attend and support Occupy Wall Street. Dozens of New York homeless people recruited from shelters are also being paid to support the protests, at the rate of $10 an hour, the sources said. \OMG, it's one sentence. 6th "Sources said..." 7th "In one such case, sources said, " 9th "Sources who participated in the teachers union campaign said. ... One source said... " 10th "Current staff members at NYCC told FoxNews.com" 11th "Sources said..." 12th ...one source said. " oooh 14th "Multiple sources said..." 15th "...one NYCC staff member told FoxNews.com. " 16th "... the source said. " 17th "...the source said." 19th "Another source..." 20th "...she said. " 27th "What people don't understand is that ACORN is behind this ...a source said." Final "Sources said NYCC was a key player behind a series of recent Occupy Wall Street events" There is a WHOLE lot of accusations in this article, and it's really weird how all the info comes from sources where there is no way to check if any of it is true.
