This reminds me of a favorite asshole lawyers story. A friend of mine is a new associate in a law firm of three partners. He is the first and only associate attorney they have. A week before Christmas, the most junior partner comes into his office, shuts the door, and says, "I just want you to know, it's the policy of our firm not to give Christmas bonuses to associates". My friend sits there incredulous. "Associates". "Policy". Translation: f*ck you.

This is not a new news article. It was first reported on here by me a couple of weeks ago. Pink Pony is suing for 36 million. The city's bylaws pertaining to strip clubs was drawn up by some hot shot attorney in Alabama that specializes in this shit. I think that Pink Pony will prevail under "grand father rights". Oasis Good Time Emporium is also facing this type of action with the city of Dunwoody.
So far Follies it out of the picture. I don't think that there is any city in an rush to annex the area around it.
