I simply make them an offer between $100 and $200. But in most instances they will proposition me or simply unzip my pants and go to work especially in an extras club. The price should be negotiated before any penetration. Just lay two bens on the table, it will be hard for them to resist. If going to vip I tell them "how much is everything (FS)?" or "do you play."
