Part Deux: A Sure Sign of Too Much Clubbing (& Spending)
CTQWERTY
So, I walk into Outer Limits (90 minutes from Silk Milwaukee) last night, a place I had never been before. I get a beer at the bar and then take a seat at a cocktail table to watch a little of the stage. An assistant manager comes by and says "Hi, you look familiar." I recognize him as he sits down--he used to manage Silk in Milwaukee. Seeing as how Silk bought Outer Limits last fall, he's now at the Middleton locale to help try to turn the ship around. We chatted for about 5 minutes and he gave me the rundown -- same dance options, same prices and rules as Silk in Milwaukee. Tells me about the forthcoming remodel (once their license gets local approval they'll put the money into fixing up the club) and plugs several of his gals. Then he drops he thought he knew me from the VIP in Milwaukee (no way! It's $300 for a half hour--I did it once a couple of years ago and have regretted it ever since!) I tell him it was the couch room. Fyi: He was the guy I argued with when they tried to hit me up for 4 dances (that's how long the dancer and I were in the room) when the dancer only performed for 2. I wound up paying for 3, and haven't been back to Silk Milwaukee since.

Also interesting was hearing from dancers who've worked both locations. One told me it's $200 for OTC with a Milwaukee branch gal. Never tried, but have been offered. And it sounds waaaaaaaay better than that $300 VIP fiasco.
P.S. I've met the owner of The Hip Hugger In Kokomo, IN. several times. The irony is when I've reviewed his place I'm the one who basically started the chain of comments about the chairs being uncomfortable. I guess I hit a nerve as the next 8 reviewers or so said the same thing. I do hope he gets some better chairs--that place/experience will become better!
You are right on about the chairs at Hip Hugger. I go there three or four times a year with about $500 - $700 to have a good time. I always leave with money still in my pocket because my lower back is sore from the lap-dance chairs. It still is the best value in the Midwest, bur I am tempted to buy them new chairs. Maybe the owner should have a jar for donations for new chairs. I think it would fill quickly.
Player, it's amazing the low mileage Milwaukee is. They're lucky there is nothing better close by. Chicago clubs may actually be worse... I try to forget about that $300 I sacrificed to The Lap Dance Gods.
