lol very true, Alucard, but I've had many instances where a dancer's dancing style can change dramatically during LD's if the DJ happens to play a favorite song of hers....especially if the song is slow and sensual.

Totally agree w/ minnow - my fave LAX area club still sports primarily hot women, but not nearly as hot or as many hotties as they did a mere 5 years ago. In some LA clubs that I regularly visit it seems that what they lack in quality they try and make up for in quantity....but it's never the same.

I don't care as long as the dancer likes it, because if SHE likes it she'll dance much better, whether it be onstage or on my lap.
But personally I like Green Day, Garbage, old STP/Scott Weiland, & indie/college stuff.....material you rarely hear in a SC.

@gmd- very true. I have pretty much stopped seeing dancers ITC that I see OTC. That way I'm not stuck chasing after anyone while clubbing- I'm free to sample a rich variety. The best of both worlds :-)

Yet ANOTHER reason why ATF's are often more trouble than they are worth.
Variety and/or having multiple back-ups helps avoid problems like this happening.

Last week I visited a club where the bartenders & waitresses can offer dances if they want to, tho I didn't know it at the time. During my visit all of the dancers were blonde, which isn't my preferred flavor. Just as I was gonna call it a day and leave, the hot little brunette bartender took the stage and afterwards, at my request, we did some great dances. She salvaged my visit.

When she obviously knows how to dance for a woman.
And it helps if she starts molesting me in my seat before we head into the LD area. If she's all over me there, I know that she's not going to disappoint in the backroom.

That's assuming that he IS getting any, Alucard. She's probably never around except for when the photographers are near by, and he's happy with the illusion that he's getting it regular from a hot young woman. I know several "couples" like this, and often it is all a show.

I've done it quite a few times and every damn time I sit there wishing that we were back in the dancer's home club where I would be getting some smokin' hot dances with her instead of the girls at the club we're visiting.

@sclvr - yeah I try to get to Vegas at least once or twice a year. Used to hit the stripclubs out there alot, but they are crap compared to what LA has to offer. So last time I imported my own LA strippers. Best thing I did all year. Is Vegas home for you?

Thanx for the heads up. I hadda laugh at the person who wrote those reviews....seems like he was a little butthurt that he wasn't getting any attention from the dancers! Wahhhhhhhh!
I can't help it, but every time I think of Baltimore I think of John Waters. You know - "Hairspray" and all of his goofy over-the-top movies. Apparently the clubs there are a bit over-the-top and goofy too. If I'm ever in the area I'll be sure to join in on the lesbian-fest that goes on there.
FWIW I have never met another lesbian club-goer, either alone or in a group. Like sclvr, I rarely see any women customers in the clubs I visit, but I assume that is probably because I club primarily in the daytime, and I prefer nude clubs. From what I hear most women customers prefer topless places where they can have a few drinks with their bf or hubby - they make it a couple's night out type of thing. I think alot of women are intimidated by nude clubs, so there is even lesser of a chance that I'll run into one in my regular hunting grounds.

So what are the minimum requirements to designate a club as a black club? >75% dancers & clientele are black? 90%? 100%? Unlike a KH8,Starz, or a Ron Barbary, I have been to some LA clubs where the vast majority (> 70%)of the dancers were black, but the clientele was mostly latino.

Actually it wasn't very masculine at all. AAMOF I did it in a girly-snit kind of way. I couldn't really tell you what the dancers that were back there thought because I left so quickly. My dancer told me later on that I did surprise the shit out of everybody, tho.
If I suspect that a hot dancer prefers butchier women, I'll sometimes butch it up. If a dancer says that she likes girly women, I can girly it up too. I'll do whatever it takes to get me some.

To be honest Alucard even if I could find the ever-elusive manager, it would just wind up getting her in trouble, and I'd rather it stay between her and I. The next time I visited her club she was very apologetic, so no harm, no foul. But I advised her to never pull that shit again.
