So Does Anyone Travel Just to Try Out a Variety of Clubs?
Omega22
I noticed some people have reviewed a high number of clubs. Just wondering if people have been traveling to other states and made a vacation out of wanting to see a strip club far away from where you live. There are many great strip clubs that I have been wanting to travel to.

I wouldn't necessarily visit somewhere far just for the clubs but if it happened to be convenient I wouldn't mind traveling a bit (up to 1-2 hours) to reach somewhere.
Now I develop a local ATF and stick with her for a few years. Sounds boring. But it's ok.
Always looking forward to my next business trip now.
I'll host you and Alucard in Dayton any time you want. I could use a little "security". Can you look like Russian mobsters? :-)
future desired destinations: houston (3 clubs), allentown, pa (platinum plus), maybe detroit/inkster clubs, and 2 or 3 clubs in phoenix.
If I was actively trying to visit clubs in good areas, I would have long ago made it to Detroit and Houston and would never, ever, club in areas like Little Rock, Richmond and Mobile.
SCing is definitely my favorite hobby – so yes, I would travel to other cities just to check out the SC scene. Also, since I do not travel for work, taking SC trips is a great way to change up my regular routine.
The major issue for me currently is not being able to afford SCing locally (which by living in Miami affords me a lot of local opportunities) and also afford taking SC trips.
I am also single and w/o kids – so I have the flexibility to do it when I can afford it.
Never did a trip just for SCs.
I have taken trips specifically to check out the SC scene:
Went to Houston in early 2012 – H-town definitely did *not* disappoint – would recommend as a very good SC city IMO.
Atlanta in early 2011 – was disappointed per *my* tastes – found it a bit tame even though I am not big on extras – BUT, I did visit ATL prior to being a TUSCLer; so I may not have been well prepared.
Since then clubbing is just an incidental to my business travel now that I have abandoned the misery of retirement.
Has anyone ever been asked, by the VIP minder, "how many stars would you give the dance you were given?" Suppose the DJ (accurately) announced each dancer's average star rating. ROB problem largely solved. A very large club like this, or many of them in a city, would likely motivate some sex tourism. But the startup costs for a club like this would be major. You'd probably have to search for prospective high-rated dancers across the country, and give them incentives to come and give your club a try. A premium dance price would probably be necessary. But a good chance dancers in such a club would be in VIP a greater percentage of the time, which might be the main motivation for them to permanently relocate to work at your club.
A big factor is the typical level of hostility between strippers and PLs. Both tend to play the other, rather than going for a win-win. A ROB-blocking club would help a lot to diminish the hostility. Dancers looking for a win-win would attract more PLs with the same attitude. Dancers could then walk away from jackhole customers and still bank, which would help them to keep a positive, look for a win-win, attitude. Clubs with a good vibe like this might encourage women on the fence about dancing to take the plunge. Potentially a virtuous cycle. Otherwise, I guess the Nordic Model people are right. Sex work is just inherently nasty, no way to fix it.
For example, Tootsies has monitors with the rotation on them. The dance counter and room attendants keep track when the girls go in them so they don't get called on stage while they're doing dances. So, they've got a good chunk of the technology they'd need in place. They could probably make it so you pay the clubs cut on a little Kiosk on the way out, and optionally rate the dancer. They could also show those ratings on the monitors, with little colored star or something next to their names.
Announcing it on stage might be a bit much, I mean you'd kinda kill the vibe if you heard And now taking the main stage, it's Bambi! She's got a 1.5 star average dance rating this month, so make it rain fellas!" Or "Bambi's coming down, be sure to grab her for some private dances! She's got a 1 star rating, so don't wait"
To the OP's question from 2012, no, I've never traveled for the express purpose of hitting up a strip club. I've made adjustments to increase clubbing options but that's it. For example, if could travel to DC or Toronto for a business trip I might lean towards Toronto. Or when I want to go to Bass Pro, I'll sometimes go to the one that brings my travel close to Scarlett's even though its a bit further away than the one that doesn't have a nearby club.
