There are clubs where tipping the bouncers keeps them from policing what goes on between you and the.dancer. There are clubs where tipping the DJ or bartender or waitresses has the same effect. Depends on the culture and management of the club who if anyone is on the lookout for forbidden activity and whether tipping those people does any good. I have been in clubs where tipping the bouncer $20 was the difference between a lame dance and a crazy orgasmic one.

I dress like a slob. I'm scrawny, old, and ugly. I don't go out of my way to appear interested in what strippers have to say. But... Most of my clubbing is done in my home town of Phoenix, where dances tend to be pretty tame. Here, nothing has changed. An OTP grab is a clear signal that she's one of *those* dancers. @newmark: Actually, I think you know exactly what you would have done.

I'm with Clubber. Parking fees, cover charges, tips to bouncers and waitstaff and men's room trolls, high drink prices, ATM fees... they're all pretty inconsequential in the big scheme of things. I am not rich but I gas up my car at the most convenient station... I don't drive around comparing prices.

Founder, To be ranked, a club must have at least 2 reviews in the last 2 months AND 10 reviews in the last 6 months. I totally pulled that out of my ass and cannot justify it at all.

5 is average. If a dancer has a plain-jane face and 20 extra pounds and hasn't seen the inside of a gym in a while, she's a 5. If I have never seen a better looking woman, she's a 10. If she's old, obese, pimply, with stringy hair and a manly face, she's a 1. Average the scores for all the dancers and you get the score for the club.
