I have my faves and don't stray much from them. A few times I've done double dances w her friend, but even then I'm mostly focused on the fave. Nothing wrong w her friend, she hasn't been my type.

She may not be capitalizing fully by your definition, but if she's consistently coming in every weekend or so she's making enough for her goals. Tourist strippers to me are the ones who work a few weeks or months and vanish completely either from lack of money or nature of the work.
Don't judge her based on what she's willing to do vs what you want her to do. Be better than that rick.

Determine your own level of risks and precautions for your situation. I have no problems with masks and physical distancing for the most part in public indoor places. Shutting down businesses is a different issue.
There is no Science nor grand policy that's correct only lots of bullshit masquerading as such.

I don't have the energy to play these games. For those that do more power to you. Personally, sex is better when it's ongoing, when she's completely comfortable. Desperation sex does nothing for me. Maybe she has to work that much harder bc she needs it, but effort doesn't equate to enjoyment.
