I think Warrenboy hit on it. She's asking if she's STILL your favorite, which implies she's been your favorite, but maybe she's starting to have doubts based on your actions (getting fewer dances, tipping less, checking out other dances, etc.) and is looking for some re-assurance.
It's almost a trick question - if she was still your favorite, she shouldn't have to ask.

My old club closed down a little over a year ago (bows head for moment of silence). It was a good club for NoVA, with friendly girls and $20 two-way contact lap dances. The club's lease had run out and the landlord jacked up the rent to drive them out and get a "higher quality" tenant (this was in a run-down strip mall, next to a dollar store). Last time I went by the space was still vacant.
The chances of any new clubs opening in this area are pretty much zero due to restrictive zoning codes. The two remaining nearby clubs are grandfathered in.

@grand1511 - that's a great story. I have a 30 y.o. favorite that started dancing again last year after taking a break for almost 8 years to work a "regular job" and raise her daughter. I felt kinda embarrassed telling her about how I use to perv on her younger self, but like your dancer she seemed to get a kick out of it. She was one of the hottest girls in the club back then and always very busy, so I don't think I ever got a dance from her. She still looks great, so it's nice to be with her now. Kinda of like going to your high school reunion and finally getting with that hot girl you always wanted to date, lol.

Yes. The DC suburbs in MD & VA dominate the list of the wealthiest counties in the U.S.: Loudoun County, VA is #1, Fairfax County, VA (where I live) is #2, Howard County, MD is #3, and Arlington County, VA is #5.
In Virginia you have to go pretty far west (towards West Virginia) or south (towards Richmond) to find a lower COL.
As to the original question, I don't go to the DC clubs because of the no-touch rules (plus the dancers don't walk you to the door), so I can't offer any insight on OTC prices ;)

Not that strange, but back when the clubs in VA allowed smoking I use to bring my fav a pack of cigs every now and then. One day she asked me to get her a pink lighter (very insistent it had to be pink). I think I ended up going to 3 different 7-11's before I found one, lol.

I think it's common courtesy. At the very least, you've probably been handling dollar bills, which are, of course, filthy. I'll excuse myself and tell the dancer I'm going to wash my hands, most seem to appreciate the gesture, most will take the opportunity to go "freshen up" as well.
Doubly important for the dancer to wash her hands or use sanitizer. It's a case of you DO know where her hands have been, lol.

A couple years ago I arranged to meet a dancer for dinner at the restaurant of her choice - Red Lobster (sorry, realDougster). It was summer, and she showed up in all her stripper glory - bleached blonde hair with the roots showing, tanning salon tan, over-whitened teeth, wearing high heels, incredibility tiny and tight booty shorts and a low-cut, midriff baring top that could barely contain her large, fake breasts. The place was packed with families - Mom's, Dad's, kids, grandparents - and you know how noisy those places get, but as the hostess walked us back to our table, the dining room literally went silent, guys were frozen, with fork-fulls of shrimp scampi halfway to their face, staring open-mouthed at her as she walked by, Moms were covering their son's eyes with their hands, it was awesome.
Thanks for bringing back a great memory.

I guess my perspective would be a little different, since when I find a dancer I like, I'll try and stick with her.
That said, I like the slow build-up, so I would concur with your 3-5 visits to get pretty well acquainted and comfortable. If she makes the cut at that point she'll transition to a long term fav (those usually last 8-12 months)

I used to think it was 20-22, with 25 the upper limit, but I now have 3 dancers in my rotation who are 30, 30, & 32. Maybe it's a function of me getting older?

@GACA - That makes sense, I can see him being a libertarian. His blog is really focused on the tools of persuasion, and when he discussed politics it was in the context of Trump's persuasion techniques.
I thought a lot of his thoughts on persuasion were hokey, PUA type stuff (he's also a trained hypnotist), but seeing his girlfriend, I also need to reconsider!

Interesting side note - Adams has a blog where he was one of the first people to predict that Trump would win the GOP nomination, and then be elected President. Not because he was a Trump supporter (his own political leanings are unclear), but because of Trump's superior powers of "persuasion". So props to him for that too.

When a dancer initiates the OTC conversation, I lose interest. I prefer to pine away at dancers I consider unattainable ;)
